When I asked to refund, he refused and said he invested in parts and labor. This sounds ridiculous, your responsibility is to identify the problem, advise your client and fix the issue. If you can't find the real problem, that's the problem of you not your client. Eddie was able to take a look at things and understand how to install everything. The parts weren't drop in replacements and were completely different. He re-plumbed everything. A day later, I noticed a small problem with the plumbing and discussed it with Eddie. He came back out and fixed it promptly (a glue issue with the plumbing).
