They have a nice selection of different types of trees and the folks there are more than happy to find the best one for your needs. (Did you know that each type of tree needle has a different pro/con like a stronger smell or needles that last longer? Well, I do now.) Beyond the nice tree they also sell wreaths and those cute little reindeer made out of logs. Plus the people that work here are super nice. And, as if you need more reason to buy a tree from here, they will deliver your tree to your house and put it up in your stand, including trimming and branches that need to be taken off, for a mere $35. For me that was quite a deal. The costs run on the pricier side and of course go up as the trees get taller, but since they are a local Colorado company I don't mind paying more to support them. 'Tis the season after all...

The place is MASSIVE!! Lots going on everywhere. TONS of plants and there are even random fake plants which was funny to me for some reason! Basically now I know where I can get a replacement plant for whatever plant just died in my apartment! They have a wide and abundant variety of indoor and outdoor plants! They also have a boutique selection of retail merch which was interesting to browse and it also seemed like there was a farmers market and freezer section! It's a great place to go if you need a floral break and need to immerse yourself in colorful petals and greenery! The staff was super friendly and I really loved seeing so many plants that I had really never seen before! The giant cacti were also really cool - something I would save my pennies for! Seems like a great place to pick up a hostess gift too!

Hello, my name is Alyssia I've heard and seen lots and lots…read moreof comments about this garden market.. because it has been around ever since I can remember. I've seen a lot of community members say Nick's garden market isn't how it used to be. I took it upon myself to see if that was really true, and unfortunately it's a total bummer. Nobody there really knows anything about plants not to mention they don't know how to take care of them either. I would never ever purchase a plant from this garden market again. I had purchased back in February 2026 1 Sweet autumn Clematis vine, and 1 coral honeysuckle vine. Come to find out a couple of weeks later after settling them in my garden at home, the honeysuckle was infested with aphids. I actually called weeks later after trying to save the plant myself by cutting it down completely 2 feet from the ground realizing the frustration that the infestation of aphids wasn't my fault. When I called, the woman that picked up the line didn't share her name. I expressed to this woman that I've had the plant for a little bit and was wondering if there's anyway they can look me up in the system (without receipt) so that we can work something out by me bringing it back. She went ahead and straight up told me "we don't have a system" then let me know that she has been a gardener and has had 30+ years of experience and that honeysuckles are always aphid infested, she also said at Nick's they spray their honeysuckle vines every day and still aren't able to get rid of them. My question is why sell aphid infested vines or if you're going to why not put up a sign alerting other people if you want to buy this there's a risk. I let her know that I actually had more than one species of honeysuckle at my house and none of the other ones were aphid infested. She shut up real quick after that and went ahead and said the best that I can do is give you back $30 for it so you can buy something else. Don't buy your plants here I now go to Tagawa Gardens. They are absolutely amazing, AFFORDABLE and have a real knowledge on all different species of plants Think twice

Once upon a time Denver was the world's Carnation Capital and City Floral a major producer of…read moreminiature carnations (and other cut flowers) for the wholesale market. An employee in the mid-1950s had the idea of selling the lower grade flowers to the public. Cheap carnations ($1 a dozen) soon led to lots of foot traffic to the greenhouses which motivated adding additional plants and other retail items. South American competition led to the decline of U.S. cut flower production and City Floral sold the last carnation in 1985, adapting to become a full retail garden center with a landscaping design/build operation. The greenhouses date back to the original cut flower facility built in 1911. This was expanded for retail sales in 1976. The office and warehouse facilities on the west side were added in 1990. This is the oldest remaining greenhouse in Denver. The current facility is packed with every possible goodie for the gardener/landscaper including flowers, fruits, vegetables, plants, trees, shrubs, a huge variety of containers, statuary, tools, and supplies. There's a large succulent section and a good collection of bonsai. Services include tips and education on plant care, pest and disease diagnosis, plant identification, custom container potting, delivery, in-store repotting, plant rentals, an interior design partnership program, and comprehensive landscaping design and construction. I've had the past notion that City Floral was a bit pricy, but I found them very competitive on price in 2026. The products are top quality and the staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is a fantastic facility and very convenient for those of us who live in central Denver.

This review concerns Home Depot's appliance delivery operation and customer-service call center…read moreassociated with my Stapleton order. Very disappointed with the refrigerator delivery and customer service associated with my order through the Stapleton Home Depot on Quebec Street. I ordered a refrigerator through my contractor on October 6, 2026, for delivery October 13 between 1 and 5 p.m. I rearranged my work schedule and stayed home all day. At 4:45 p.m., with no update, I called customer service. I was told "don't worry" because deliveries could continue until 7 p.m., without addressing the promised window. Around 5 p.m., tracking showed the truck three stops away. At approximately 6:45 p.m., the status changed to a "missed" delivery. Customer service then told me I hadn't been home. I had been there the entire day. After roughly 20 minutes getting transferred, a senior representative spent another 20-30 minutes explaining that I was the 19th stop and that she had never seen more than 17 stops. That did not explain why I was incorrectly marked absent or why nobody contacted me. The earliest replacement delivery offered was Friday. Because I was leaving town, I requested Monday, October 19, requiring additional time away from work. My existing refrigerator was shutting off nightly and needed restarting. When I expressed concern about food spoiling during my trip, the representative argued with me about how quickly food spoils. Home Depot later delivered the refrigerator and issued a small credit. That does not erase the wasted time, poor communication, or frustrating handling of the problem. Based on this experience, I recommend checking Lowe's before buying a refrigerator here; Lowe's also lists the Frigidaire refrigerator matching the description of mine. For everyday hardware needs, consider nearby Ace on the Fax at 7100 E Colfax Ave. I'll be taking my future business elsewhere.

* DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE *…read more On Sunday night around 7:00 PM, I brought my husband and daughter here this year, and witnessed a very heated and unprofessional scene!!! We were browsing for about 10 minutes, and decided on a 5" tree.. When my husband went to pay, suddenly we heard this very short man whom earlier greeted us (which I assume to be the OWNER,) screaming and threatening a girl in the parking lot. The small man was waving his fists at her, demanding her to leave immediately. The girl was shouting back, saying she would not leave until he paid her. He began to argue "YOU DON'T DESERVE MY MONEY! YOU SHOWED UP 20 MINUTES LATE EVERYDAY!" she was visibly upset, exclaiming he hadn't paid her and several other employees for weeks. He said it 'wasn't his problem', and they showed up 'late' as well. There were about 10 other people and children watching these two fight, eventually most of them (including us) got back into our car and left. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY or BUSINESS HERE. The employees do not get paid and the trees have visible mold...
