Dr. Wong was very personable and a pleasure to speak to. I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen because i was completing paperwork...Dr. Wong came right in assed my pain and the issue we discussed the best route to take..which would be an extraction...they did it immediately...no pain whatsoever it was very easy...i was in and out of the office in 45 minutes. The best experience I have had with a dental office and I'm terrified of them. I will be returning to them for all my dental needs. Dr. Wong did also apologize to me for not getting back to me so promptly and she checked in after the visit...definitely appreciate her empathy.

Upon inquiring about this bill, I was spoken to in a very aggressive manner, and was provided no help to resolve the matter. Needless to say. I could not recommend this dentist any less.

As someone with periodontal disease, I'm on a regimen of four cleanings per year - two at Dr. Cabassa's office, and two at my normal dentist. So I see them basically all the time. Joanie and Heather, who work the front and take care of my hygiene, respectively, remain on top of my appointments and any minute changes to my teeth, and they remember everything I tell them about my personal life, which is pretty amazing for a medical office. It's located right behind on the same side as the Dunkin' Donuts and up aways from the charging stations. There's plenty of free parking, and 2 handicapped spaces. 21st Century Dental is located on the 2nd floor. You can either take the stairs to the left or the elevator. Once upstairs the office is down the hall on the left.The office is decorated beautifully. Dr Friedman's wife Elaine runs the front desk, she and another staff member will check you in. I came in for a cleaning. My hygienist was Donna. She was very nice and thorough. She took a complete set of X-rays of my entire mouth. Donna then did a full cleaning. Dr Vitaly Friedman came in and checked everything. He is very nice. They decided on a plan for me. You can check with the office to see if they take your insurance. If you don't have insurance, they will also give you a price. You will have to go online and fill out the forms ahead of time. I would definitely recommend this office

He takes the time to explain why he wants to pursue a course of action and does so in a manner that doesn't feel like *sales* -- but instead feels like collaboration for treatment. All work I've had done by Dr Matthews has held up beautifully, so I feel I've gotten my money's worth... and more: because Dr Matthews treats you like a person. When we were given a treatment plan of root canal and possible extraction, you can image her hysteria! I asked Dr. Banks for a second opinion! Best decision EVER! He opened his practice on a Sunday morning. My daughter was comfortable knowing she didn't have an audience of other patients. He decided to do a large filling. She didn't have any pain from this tooth. He explained Exactly what he would be doing to both myself and my daughter. He ACTUALLY spoke to HER about her treatment! She began to cry when she saw the needle, he joked with her and said it was ok to cry. She was shocked she wasn't being told to STOP crying. He was kind, compassionate and funny! He told her of all the possibilities with this tooth from here on out. From sensitivity to broken filling to root canal. But also explained to her that he will be there for any problem that pops up. She left so happy that it was a great appointment! She felt accomplished and he made her proud of herself. She has been symptom free! This could have turned my daughter into someone that forever feared the dentist. Thank you Dr. Banks for not letting this happen!
