Dr. Shah's clinic is very modern and well-equipped. Everybody is generally friendly, but there are…read moreproblems! The clinic is short-staffed, its response time is sub-standard, and its financial department appears not to function. I encountered these problems after a failed implant procedure in December 2024. My dental insurance partially covered this, and I paid the rest. Dr. Shah suggested she would do a complimentary 'courtesy' gum procedure instead, as a credit for the failed implant. However, after obtaining second opinions, I decided not to proceed with the gum procedure and requested reimbursement instead. I informed Dr. Shah on September 22, 2025. On November 4th, Dr. Shah emailed me, saying that she would look into the billing because they had been short-staffed, which is why there was a delay. I sent Dr. Shah a reminder on February 4, 2026 (three months later), but I still haven't heard back. It appears that the staffing issues continue. BEWARE when you select a clinic!

Dr. Shah told me that the infection was caused by my previous dentist using much too much adhesive when installing the crowns. She treated me at the cost of $2000.00. However, when I requested that she write a statement saying that this was the reason, she refused to reply to my request. I emailed her twice and called twice. NO RESPONSE AT ALL! No explanation-nothing.She is not to be trusted

Now this "dentist" will be able to practice again as early as the summer of 2020! The active suspension period is retroactive to Aug. 31, 2016, the date on which Vecchione agreed to the temporary suspension of his license. Vecchione will be permitted to begin a one-year probationary period as early as Aug. 31, 2020, provided he complies with the terms of the consent order and first demonstrates his fitness and competency to resume practice, the release said. Vecchione of Budd Lake was temporarily suspended from his practice in August 2016 amid allegations that he failed to maintain sanitary conditions at his surgical office, according to the release. He allegedly did this EVEN AFTER the state Department of Health associated "breaches of infection prevention practices" at his office with 15 cases of bacterial endocarditis contracted by patients he treated between 2012 and 2014. Who the hell would want to go back to this "dr." when he continued to violate proper protocol of sanitary conditions by the Dept of Health? Most will probably never know about this, which is a tragedy.
