Every single person that works there goes above and beyond to be genuinely kind and caring. They are sincerely the nicest people!!! I thought surely I'd eventually encounter someone who was a little grumpy, but no, they are ALL kind and thoughtful with a smile, as well as conversational. It does not go unnoticed. Dr. Krystian Jarosz just put braces on my son and the whole process was seamless. He is such a nice man - my son felt very comfortable and even said to me how much he liked it there. The very sweet hygentist walked us through how to brush, what to eat/not eat and reassured us that if there were any issues, to please call. How refreshing to feel like they honestly care about the kids they are treating. I am so grateful we found Roxbury orthodontics! A+++ highly recommend!

It's not the quality of doctor, it's the fact that they have too many patients and essentially one doctor as Nettune is partially retired. I like Dr Banansaik but it has become near impossible to get an appointment and when you get in the place is packed and you wait forever. I chose this practice because of quality of care and convenience. Both have slipped! When I have to wait a month for an orthodontist appointment that is rediculous. About four years ago our dentist told us that our daughter was going to need some serious…read moreorthodontal work and after doing some digging we decided to visit Dr. Richard Newman in Randolph. My daughter was freaked about being called brace face, metal mouth, or any number of names kids will use and I was kind of freaked about the pain she'd be in and the cost. Dr. Newman put us at ease quickly as he explained everything to us about what she would need - palette expander then a couple-three years of braces- and this for a kid whose teeth weren't really that bad. Dr. Newman's staff, and his waiting room, are awesome...I mean how many doctors' offices have an arcade video game in them...especially ones with great 80s and 90s arcade games?!? Anyway, throughout the last 3 1/2 years or so Dr. Newman continued to be as great as he was during that first visit and our daughter's teeth look absolutely great. She had a couple of days of pain throughout the process, usually from the major adjustments, but my daughter is very happy with the results. I wish I could get her to wear her retainers like Dr. Newman wants her to, but that's another story...
