Have property in Great Cacapon, WV and was looking to get a well installed. As I always do,…read moreattempted to get two estimates. One of these estimates was via Mark from B.W. Smith Well Drilling. Mark showed up on time and was very thorough in walking my property and going over options. The other contractor stood me up two times! Keep in mind, I drive 3 hours to meet people. Once we got the permit in hand, I scheduled the drilling with Chris. He was up front and told me the lead time, which ended up being less then two weeks. On the day of the installation, Mark and Chris showed up exactly when they said' they be there! The were both very down to earth and professional while walking the property and analyzing how to setup their rigs. During the installation, I talked to Chris and Mark and explained to them that I never got to watch a well being drilled. The guys were very accommodating, they stopped work and would explain to me what they were doing, the challenges, etc. Mark even took time to explain when he uses certain supplies and how the other contractors will use cheaper supplies to pad their profits. At the end of the day, the guys knocked this 180' well installation out of the park! It couldn't have went any better and I couldn't have had two nicer guys. If you want down to earth, hard working and honest contractors with integrity, then call B.W. Smith and tell them I set you!

I was lucky when I called Myers Well Service, because Darren was walking in the door as I called. He worked me into his schedule between jobs the next day and fixed our well pump that had wires wearing and didn't just force me to buy a new pump. He honestly did the necessary work to get the farm up and going with water. He was under his quoted estimate. When the work was done he called me with all the details, making some future PM suggestions and took a credit card over the phone. I will definitely use Darren again and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs well service work done.

A little background- we live in Back Creek Valley with extremely hard well water. My family LOVES…read morethe taste of our water just the way it comes out of the ground. We fill up dozens of water bottles from our fridge to take on vacation with us, because any other drinking water just can't measure up. Thus our hesitation (for over a decade) to get a water softener. We were referred by our neighbor to Negley's. Our consultation with Jacob was informative without any of the typical sales pressure one might often get. I am deeply appreciative that he had no expectation of any decisions to be made same day. He also set our mind at ease, offering a step-wise approach instead of all-or-nothing. I felt good, not nervous at all, about our investment. Our installation professional was friendly and explained everything he did. Very happy with the process; he even worked around another contractor we had working in the same area of our home. We immediately noticed our hair is softer! We no longer have the water spots at our kitchen sink making it dirty all the time. I notice that our soap suds up better, and we don't have 2 inches of scale on our humidifier elements! The only negative was turned around quickly by Negleys... After a decade of enjoying the taste of our water, it was no longer enjoyable with the water softener. We gave it a week, but we just couldn't do it. Jacob offered an easy solution bypassing our fridge so that we have access to our 'old' water for drinking. Voila!! Perfect! The level of professionalism and courtesy was TOP NOTCH all the way!
