Two other sales associates were there, but really enjoying their personal conversation as I walked around looking lost. No acknowledgment even as I walked right past them. I somehow made eye contact with one of the women at the register. All she said to me from the register was "how are you, everything is 25% off." I smiled, took a pause and realized they have no intention of helping me, so I left and shopped at another store where two sales associates went above and beyond to help me find a holiday outfit with no mention of the deep 60% discount I would be receiving. I received an additional 15 % on text! I wasn't even shopping for a discount, so it was a pleasant surprise. Usually, this location has excellent customer service, so it was surprising. I may go back, but for the price point, would expect some level of appropriate customer service.

I came into the store attempting to purchase something for Mother's Day. The two women that were closing the store on May 12th couldn't be bothered to offer me more than a "hello". I shop with precision, so I zeroed in on what I set my sights on. I B-lined to the back of an empty store and I grabbed the shoe. I turned waiting for someone to acknowledge I needed a size so I can make the purchase. 10 minutes later, with shoe in hand.... another couple walked in whom she seemed delighted to help. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere two doors down and bought what I needed. The service has dramatically gone down. Glasses grabbed out of my hand told to give receptionist my name and they will call when done. Basically dismissed by the employee. I asked if they needed to measure where glasses sit for best results was told "no they are just glasses and there is NO REFUND". So no money back for not getting the glasses prescribed by their Doctor Aka progressive lenses. My insurance company has been falsely billed, I have been falsely billed because this business has incompetent employees. Stay away, their customer service is nonexistent and they make you feel inconsequential and have zero customer service skills.
