She made us feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable that we decided to just leave. First, I did not appreciate her mocking me for mispronouncing a word... She also scoffed when my friend did not know the answer to her question... Still, the worst part is while we were observing a ring my friend was trying on, she had the audacity to ask us if we were going to ask any questions or if we were just playing games. How incredibly insulting. I have never experienced such disrespect from an establishment. It is clear that the minute she saw us she had preconceived notions which prompted her to treat us so poorly. Her fiancé will be taking his business somewhere else. We are not interested in playing games.
