Went on and called my insurance for roadside assistance . Brittney called within 40 minutes to say she was 10 minutes away. Great personality, and YES a girl is doing the service (Go Girl Power!) . She is a mobile locksmith, jump starts, does tire changes, and can deliver fuel. She also does towing, but today was in a van (nice - clean - new one ) . Young girl, professional . Keep up the good work Brittney! Not looking forward to another flat, but if I have one - I will keep you in mind !

LAWBREAKERS, SCAMMERS, TAX EVADERS!…read more According to Florida Towing Rights, (pursuant Fla. Stat. § 715.07): In Florida, if you return to your vehicle while it is being hooked up or lifted but before it is fully removed from private property, the driver must drop the car. They are required to release it upon payment of a "reasonable service fee," which is capped at one-half of the full towing rate. We mistakenly parked in the wrong parking spot at our Airbnb (one spot over from our assigned spot). Tow truck had only hooked our car up and was not rolling yet, nor left the property. The neighbor has had issues with this same company breaking the law in the same way; driver was arguing with her and becoming aggressive. She alerted us as he was hooking up the car. We requested the driver to drop the car before he started driving so we could pay the drop fee, which is half the cost of having to pick up from the impound lot for $240. The driver deliberately ignored us, honked twice, laughed at us and drove off with our car because they make more money this way. Not only that, they also refused payment via card, check, money order, cashier's check, or any paper trail. They only accept cash or Zelle. This is clearly so they do not have to report income to the government to evade taxes. On the phone we also asked them if their company does not adhere to the Florida Towing Rights laws by dropping the car for a lesser fee and they confirmed they do not do this. They admitted to breaking the law and admit they continue to. We will be reporting this company as we have multiple witnesses.
