We filed a AAA claim to get assistance and also called the police. Within minutes, Nate F. called us to first see if we were okay and confirm our location. We]called the police due to our location on the highway being extremely unsafe and no space to change the tire. The officer arrived and then left us! We couldn't believe he wasn't going to keep his lights on to not only protect us from getting hit by oncoming traffic but also prevent other drivers from hitting the same pothole. Within minutes, Nate arrived, immediately had his flashing lights on, and started diverting traffic to keep everyone in the safest position possible, given the situation. He then changed our tire and helped us get merged back onto the highway safely. He was our HERO of the day! MOE, Nate deserves a HUGE bonus or raise! He was amazing!!

Greg (the owner) called me back right away, took a few details, and was on his way. He arrived about 20 minutes later, quickly found the puncture, repaired the tire, and provided a receipt. From my initial call to completion, the entire process took about 45 minutes. I was very pleased. Compared to the hassle of using a spare and then going to a tire shop, waiting, and paying for the fix (btw, their prices have gone up) this was zero stress, quick, and very convenient. I used B-Safe over a month ago to get my battery replaced. A month later my car wouldn't start. The…read moreguy came back and put it on some mini monitor on it and said battery is fully charged it's your SUV. Lol he went on to say I have to start my car every other day in order for it to start. I looked at him and said I'm from the north, and had cars sir for over a week and started right up, what are you talking about. I called my mechanic and he went on to stand behind the story. Anyway my mechanic had it towed to his shop, placed it on the proper monitor and the battery he sole me was Dead!! He said ok go to O'Reillys where I purchased the battery with the receipt I sent you and they'll give you your money back. That didn't work, O'Reillys needs his purchase receipt for the battery, not the installation receipt. Needless to say he stop replying to me when I explained that to him. I'm $160 less. Bottom line push your car before you have to call this Road Side Assistance service. You'd be better off!
