Amazing fresh food and unique menu! We will definitely be coming back. They have a play area too!

Cold lobster roll, just mayo.

Nice place with potential and we knew it was only their fourth day open. We had a cup of clam chowder, a cold lobster roll and a roast beef sandwich, 3 way. We wanted fried clams but at $47 we passed. The chowder was okay, too thick for my liking but the wife liked it. Lobster roll was very good, clearly fresh meat. The roast beef needs work. The bun wasn't very warm so the cheese didn't melt at all and the beef itself was very chewy where it should be very tender. It may have been a bit too raw but it was also probably sliced too thick. I hope this improves. We'll try again in a month or so and see.

As a former New Englander, I had high hopes for the food here. How unfortunate for me that it was less than good. To start, the lobster roll was DELICIOUS and it was a 5-star lobster roll. Everything else, was not. My friends ordered the clam chowders to start. The only flavor it had was flour. Way too much flour and very little else. And, also ordered a full platter "crispy Brussel sprouts". The Brussel sprouts were deep friend in oil and much of the oil was on the deli paper - not drained first, just straight on to the paper in the basket and then drizzled with a sweet chili sauce. Had it not been swimming in the oil in the serving basket, they would have been more appetizing. When I showed the cashier, she said, "well, it's fried and the sauce on it makes it that way". Oil and sauce are 2 difference things. My other friend ordered the fish & chips. The French fries were soggy with oil and soft. We demonstrated how you could wring the oil from the French fry to the cashier. I would recommend the lobster roll (Down East) but the staff was not interested in hearing about our first/last experience. It was our first time, and it will be our last. They did credit the Brussel sprouts after we complained.

They came with their own barbecue sauce, and the portion was just the right amount. My daughter ordered the buttered noodles and loved them too. I also thought the appetizer menu and the wood-fired pizza selection were a nice touch. I honestly expected it to be more expensive since it's located at a country club, but the prices were very reasonable. It wasn't overly crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. We entered the Cimarrone neighborhood, and the security guard at the front gate pointed us right to the restaurant. You don't have to be a member to visit this restaurant, there are different prices for members and non-members. As first time visitors, we were quickly welcomed at the reception area and seated had a very comfortable table with a view of the golf course, and opportunities to watch some sporting events on the handful of TVs that they have surrounding the restaurant / bar. Our server, Ava had a great energy and a bright smile, and delivered excellent service throughout. The menu is vast and diverse, I had some shrimp tacos which were excellent, along with a fresh iced tea - Ava Even brought a carafe of iced tea on the side so we could pour our own refills... Nice touch. Even at the non-member rate, the meal was quite affordable averaging just over $20 per person including meal, tip, tax. Views of the golf course are beautiful, the high ceiling dining room has a modern light fixture, it's just a beautiful spot overall. We visited the pro-shop and bought reasonably priced golf wear. I also noticed a screen that referenced Father's Day specials, so I'd anticipate they offer other specials during holiday times. My wife and I look forward to returning to this wonderful place.

This…read morehas been my favorite restaurant of 2026 so far from the quality ingredients making up the food to the superb service offered by the staff. I got here as they opened on Sunday, and it got packed relatively quickly. I'd recommend having a reservation if you're planning to visit during busier timeframes like this. I was seated promptly by attentive staff, and quickly had both food and drink menus to begin ordering. I was looking for something tasty without being too heavy, and settled on the Little Hans Vienna Lager along with the 8 oz steak burger and fries. The beer had amazing flavor similar to Devil's Backbone Vienna Lager with a good, crisp finish. The burger meal, described with "Tillamook cheddar cheese, caramelized onion & bacon jam, beef fat aioli, grilled potato roll, truffle fries", was arguablely the best burger and fries I've ever had in my life. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavor of the wood-fired grill certainly complemented the meat. The house-made pickles were a great touch to add another layer of complexity to the burger. I could tell the fries were fresh cut and never frozen. The truffle oil made these even more amazing. The manager offered and brought a special sauce to try that they normally serve with their chicken chicken sandwich that was superbly tasty and tangy. More than impressed with my entree, I elected to try a desert and was recommended the S'mores pie by my waitress. The deliciously buttery crust was my favorite part of the ensemble and blended well with the savory chocolate filling topped with a toasted marshmallow. While a bit pricey for lunch compared to most places, I was more than satisfied with the offerings provided here and would love to visit Ember and Iron again. Give my number one choice of 2026 thus far some love!

I ordered the rib eye medium. The rib eye was mostly fat. I expect some with this cut but it was too much. The side for both dishes were very good. We ordered the corn bread in cast iron and it was excellent. I hate giving bad reviews but I have to this time. We won't complain during the meal either. I apologize for this review but going out a meal is special and we expected more.

They were happy to make our order even though they were already cleaning up. I had the fried cod with coleslaw and fries. My husband had the fish tacos and clam strips as well. Both of us very much enjoyed our food. It was cooked fresh. The french fries or steak fries are cut thinner than steak fries and are kind of scooped out a little bit. They were very good and perfect for ketchup and other sauces. I'm always glad when a fish fry place has malt vinegar available. That means they're serious! Lol. The fish is lightly breaded and very flaky. The coleslaw is creamy and sweet. I didn't try the clam strips, but they looked good! And the tacos were very tasty! The restaurant is super clean! And the restrooms are super clean as well! It's a very plainly decorated eating establishment, but very comfortable as well. They have outdoor seating, which would've been lovely on a day that wasn't so hot!

They are located in the plaza on 210 where Grumpy's is located (but it's tucked away in a corner back by the cigar bar). They have some yard signs in the plaza that advertise a $10 lunch special. When we walked in, we went to the counter and checked out their lunch specials. The $10 lunch special includes a main, fries, and a drink. Some of the items on the lunch special were a fish fry, fish tacos, clam roll, shrimp roll, etc. I ordered the fish tacos, my dad ordered the fish fry, and my mom got a clam roll. Everything was made to order. Our items came out roughly 7 minutes after we ordered. For $10 you get a sizeable fish fry, for $10 you get two fish tacos and a plentiful side of fries, and the clam roll was chockfull of clam strips. The fish was perfectly fried. It wasn't heavy, it was light and crisp. I loved the addition of the remoulade sauce. The fries were delicious. I would definitely come back here again.
