Cattle finished on grass are typically leaner than grain fed animals, but less fat and older animals result in dry, tough meat. 4. Corn produces a more consistent eating experience. We finish our cattle on corn for at least the last 120 days, we age our beef for 21 days to increase the flavor. 5. Taste the difference in our products.
