There's a bit of a long hallway as you enter, and the decor made me think that the inside was going to be more biker bar than family friendly, but it was a mistaken impression! The dining area is pretty large and, though fairly plain, it's clean and welcoming. I had a breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg, and ordered something called the Ellie-Belly, which I was told was essentially fried balls of mashed potatoes in breading. That sounded right up my alley, so I got those, too. The sandwich came out first and was tasty. Eventually the side order was brought out separately by a kitchen staff member and looked good (see picture). Unfortunately, they were still completely frozen in the middle and were inedible. I signalled our main server and explained the problem. She whisked them away and asked what I'd like instead. I decided on an order of French fries (see picture) and, oh my, were those delicious!! They were right out of the fryer and perfectly cooked! I would go back just for the fries if I didn't live 1,400 miles away! My one companion had the pancakes and sausage and eggs plate, and they said it was great. The pancakes were large but super fluffy and he ate them all! I honestly can't remember what my other companion ordered, but it was pretty standard and she enjoyed it, too. There was a buffet available but when I looked it seemed just like a lot of things drowned in gravy. Not bad, but not for me. A very solid 3.5 stars from me that would have been 4 stars but for the one inedible dish.

Sabetha All Star Truck Plaza in Sabetha KS is crooked and will not pay their vendors. They owe well over $2,000 and will not pay. They got some parts replaced, and then kept saying we'll pay in a couple more days, make sure it stays working. Long story short, after fixing multiple problems because they kept blaming the issue on the first, they are refusing to pay. Finally told them that they needed to pay for previous service issues before it was continued to be worked on, so they then decided to hire someone else to fix the new issue and is refusing to pay. Word on the street is this isn't the first time this has happened and bigger vendor companies have even came to get their stuff due to non payment. So, all this being said, if you are in business with this company, protect yourself! They will pay the full bill at first, but then they will start talking you down, and then not pay at all. Told us to come get the payment today, and had cops there to ban us from the property. So now we are having to go through and sue to get payment. Hopefully nobody is getting sick since they are continuously having freezer issues with temps well over 40 degrees. And seeing as they are not paying the people that money is owed, everyone that is paying for things here is just adding money to their pockets! Makin em rich for free. I'd MUCH rather go down the road as a customer to Fairview and get gas and an A&W float! So anywho, if you've read this far, this is just a beware post! So glad to not have to do service here anymore, and anyone who is, protect yourself!! It's so sad, because there is so many good reviews for this place. But it definitely doesn't deserve it. The reviews were based on the old owners, these new ones are just awful. These people will even cuss you out in front of customers. Just greedy people and not very business professional.

You can see the grape vines from both the tasting room and also the party room. You can look in to the winery/brewery from the tasting room.
