A man and a woman, who i suspect are husband and wife and/or boyfriend\girlfriend and a shift lead (what i was told) named Jessica. They was standing at the register just bad mouthing the rest of the Pizza Hut workers in a very disrespectful manner in front of customers. When I approached the upper management with this at Pizza Hut the ladies rolled their eyes and the gentlemen (the husband or boyfriend) told my elderly mother and myself to "mind our own'F-ing' business. When we said we will contact corporate, his response was, "it's your word against mine. James will take mine over a customer's word anyway. I'm not sure who James is, but I do hope that corporate sees this and does something about this sickening disrespect towards their coworkers and customers. Thank you, rant over. But on the bright side their food is amazing and their server Heather that i assume is still an employee (one of the employees the managers were so rudely discussing behind the register) has been one of our to go to servers. Finally realizing that our diverse group of 5 was being shafted for the very non-diverse group of 8 we asked for our pizzas to go and we left. So if the intention of Il Lazzarone was to make us feel sidelined and "othered" - congratulations. Job well done. Because we left there being reminded of just how how bigotry feels.
