The girl in charge Riley said she would have to call the owner because she couldn't do anything about it. I said I could have my friend screenshot it to me. Riley said that wouldn't work. Lindsey Yocim, the owner, explained to me that those deals on the app come from the corporate office. She did have Riley take my name and number and said she would contact corporate. I understand that being in customer service myself. The owner, Lindsey, could have easily rectified this by giving me a coffee that costs her probably $ .50 but that she charges me $5.50 for, but chose not to. She made no attempt to even try to work with me. Clearly, my business means nothing to her. I try to support small town business, but I will no longer be doing business there. Not to mention that the last couple time I went through drive through Riley was at the window, and when I said thank you as she handed me my drink she only said yep as if it was my pleasure instead of me supporting her job and a small town business!
