So they offered to pay us directly. THEN two days later they decided the accident is not their fault. The driver has rescinded his story now saying he was not at fault. Promised on a Monday to have an appraisal done on Friday...Got it to the lender on Wednesday. When the underwriter asked for clarification on an issue, at this point it has taken her 8 days and still hasn't responded to the request. Our sale is now delayed by 10 days all because of the appraisal company. The worst part is the seller has absolutely NO MONEY. This delay is costing him hundreds of dollars which he doesn't have. If you find yourself with this company as your appraiser I'd recommend you ask for someone else. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Wouldn't give them even one star if I didn't have to.

Surprisingly they were very professional, kind and informative over the phone. They made me feel comfortable and worked with me on a few things (Which I was completely taken back by) Because there were little to no comps in the area I really struggled but ended up finding a few great comps to show them along with some other additional information to help the valuation out that no one was aware of at the time. My expectations were not very high on what they would do with the information I found and I for sure thought the deal was dead, but to my surprise they agreed to take some info into consideration. Long story short everything ended up working out, my buyers got the home of their dreams and the sellers walked away happy. I don't know any appraisal company that would do this!!!
