We are too busy to spend all that time figuring work so that you can pick and choose what you want to do etc. We have notified Contractor Connection with the same. Sincerely, Andre' Brosseau ---LoL What? You come to my house to discuss what I want to have done, take measurements and you then follow that up by declining to give me the numbers a few weeks later? Seems to me that they weren't keen on writing me an estimate that I would then compare to another estimate? Here is my response.--- redacted To: Andre Brosseau Apr 26 at 11:27 AM Andre I'm not sure I am following what you are trying to get at other than you do not want to do the work I have requested. I asked for a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel. I'm not picking and choosing anything. That is what I was hoping to have done by your business. I'm going to assume there is a misunderstanding here but if you don't want to do it, then I can look elsewhere. ---So folks the lesson here is if you see crappy reviews about a business and decide to at least give them a chance, you may want to think twice. Previous reviewer certainly was right about the rudeness too. Oh well, bullet dodged.---

Although this project was revisited twice due to an initial "mis-diagnosis" (with the previous Soil-away regime), Jack took ownership to rectify the basic floor foundation issue and ensure no more tiles would crack.! Jack's demolition team, under Brad, communicated clearly when they would arrive, describe their daily work, and respected our property. The work area was left so that we could resume a normal daily lifstyle. Jack was there onsite thruout the demolition cycle of the project as was the project manager, Tom. As Brad and team completed the demolition cycle, Jeff, who would be completing the base flooring, tiling and grouting was the consummate professional. He approached the project as if he were working in his on house. His attention to detail and skill to merge the new tile into the existing fabric of our existing flooring was impeccable. After the project was completed, we again had follow-up conversations to Jack to ensure that the work was completed to our satisifaction and the work area was restored to normal.

No, we made the mistake of using one of their competitors who took +5 visits over 2 months to complete the task. However, once that headache was resolved, we did make the RIGHT DECISION to partner with SERVPRO to complete the repair portion of the process and thank God we did because we had the privilege of working with Mr. Gordon Brown, General Manager; SERVPRO. From the beginning, Gordon took the time to insure we had a clear understanding of what the repair process entailed including potential "surprises" that might arise given our particular situation and his vast knowledge and experience that he had accumulated over his career in the construction industry. I could go into exhaustive detail and cite numerous examples of Gordon's promptness, attention to detail, ability to delivery, and just creating a comfortable working relationship with my wife and I but I won't. Suffice to say that Gordon Brown was the major reason why we are now avid SERVPRO clients and will recommend them to all our friends. My only regret is that I did not meet Gordon before we started the mitigation portion of the project! Thank you Gordon, Best, Frank N.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. if I could rate them lower I would. They did mold removal in my attic…read morebefore I bought the house. 1 week living there the ceiling collapsed in my sons closet. Water leaked through the floor all the way down to my main floor. I went up to the attic to inspect where the water was coming from. Turns out one of the pcp pipes came apart from my central air system In the attic. There was no issue with the piping during inspection just a few days before. I even went up and inspected the attic myself. And no way it just came apart on its own being professionally installed. My guess is that somebody stepped on it or kicked it on accident and didn't notice it was apart. Either way, the company left damage within the home which will cost us to repair. Alongside the fact that my son has asthma and a mold allergy. That being said another mold remediation company will need to come out to ensure the leak hasn't caused any mold growth. Ive been calling the company for two weeks every day been giving me the run around saying the owner greg isn't in the office today and to call back on a different day. They took down my number and email multiple times and stated that he would reach out. Now that they've run out of excuses, the office manager states to "respectfully stop calling the office. This is between you and Greg. Greg sent you an email". With no email in sight and ZERO communication from the company owner, it's become very evident we're being blown off. They claim in their website to be fully insured but apparently don't care enough to use it to fix their wrong. With all of that being said, do hire them if you want to hire another remediation company along with having holes in your ceilings repaired.
