I worked at Neat & Tidy and have never experienced such poor and unprofessional management in my entire life. The owner and manager of the company, Brandy, was verbally abusive and downright disrespectful of her employees. She had us do a 'cleaning test' for a two dollar raise; we were there from 11-4:00 pm and we're not paid for a cent of that. After we had completed the test, which turned out to be a huge waste of time, she told us we would have to come in 3-4 more times to get the two dollar raise. We were her last two employees, and she was not willing to pay us for that WORK RELATED TIME. Apart from being totally exploitative to her workers, she also exploits her customers with overpricing clients (many of whom, are on pension) and selling a brand that is "ethical" when in reality, it is far from the truth. It is unfortunate that her employees are treated so poorly and unfairly as it has affected business. Perhaps more respectful and professional management will bring this business the success it once had. read more
