This is the best cleaning company I have ever used. And I have used a good number in Vancouver prior to moving to Victoria from Vancouver in early 2015. So, I don't know what M. Hunter of New Westminster is talking about. Are you sure that you have the right company reviewed here, as they are in Victoria?
They are sometimes a few minutes late arriving; but, the traffic here in Victoria is often very busy - which was a great surprise to me. However, when they arrive they get right to the task at hand. And I am a very hard task master. I like the place spot checked for marks on the walls, baseboards and around the lights and door handles. All items are removed prior to dusting and polishing. All baseboards are dusted weekly, along with picture and door and any other wood frames and shelving. There is an eye for detail and I am not met with resistance when I ask for an extra task, if there is time. They are industrious, and they use all their own equipment. The vacuum cleaner picks up all my dog's hairs, just as well as my Dyson Animal Vacuum Cleaner does! They are respectful, polite and I enjoy having them in the house now, as I have got to know them all. I would say that this is the best cleaning company I have ever had!
