Would definitely NOT hire again. Hired them once, they didn't do a great job (I specifically asked them if they were effective, efficient and detail oriented; to which they said yes). They most certainly were not. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and thought I would try them again. They cancelled last minute indicating their child was in hospital and they would be in touch the week after to make another appointment. That evening, they posted pictures on the Next door app stating 'another clean ....' etc. When I questioned it (thinking they had a child in the hospital), the post was immediately taken down (I have screenshots). I waited for a phone call, for a rebook, that never came. I then wrote a negative review on their Facebook page. I have now been blocked (Also have screenshots). Not very professional, using your kid as an excuse not to work, and then blocking me? Save your pennies and hire someone else! read more
