That same day, a very nice gentleman came to the front door to say he was going to do an estimate. He very quickly told me that the cost of washing all the exterior windows and skylight windows for my 4000 square foot home was only $95!! He gave me the written estimate and I called to book an appointment. Within a few days a nice young man came on time, as scheduled to wash the windows. He did the wash by hand with a soapy solution, and squeegee. I've had companies come and just spray the windows and they left a lot of mess. This young man even washed my front doors. The job was done quickly and the windows are now sparkling clean!! Invoice was sent by email and there's a variety of ways to pay including e-transfer. That's not very common. The girl answering the phone is also super friendly and helpful. I love this company and the work they have done. I don't know what the other person who did a review is talking about, but my experience was the best window cleaning company that I've had so far, and I think I've had over 10 of them. Highly recommend them. Don't hesitate a second to hire them!

I would never hire these guys. They had to come back to my neighbour's house THREE times to get…read morethe work done to his satisfaction. Of course this meant everyone else had to listen to three days of noise instead of just one, but my biggest concern is the significant amount of water they just pissed away needlessly. Water is an increasingly valuable resource, especially here on the island, and it's definitely not free either. Unregulated and wasteful overuse like this is indicative of a business model that should not be allowed to exist in the first place, let alone being taken to such excessive lengths by a bunch of clowns who apparently don't even know what they're doing. I suppose we have to credit them a little for at least making the effort to satisfy the customer, but weighing that against a grossly negligent waste of water and excessive noise pollution affecting a dozen neighbours over a period of days, I still don't think they come out looking too good at all. A recklessly wasteful company that abuses natural resources like this deserves to be put right out of business.

Based on a single visit encompassing outdoor window cleaning, skylight cleaning, and gutter…read morecleaning: Overall, it was a great experience! - Booking was easy: via phone, patient, and answered my questions satisfactorily every time and even when I added services on two occasions (skylights and gutter cleaning). - The quotes are e-mailed to you and easily understood. - The local franchise owner (Robin) called a couple of days beforehand to confirm expectations. - He and and his team were great when they came on-site; from the introductions, explanation as to what to expect process-wise, to the actual process (and Robin himself climbing on the roof to do the gutter cleaning) to the summary at the end. - Quality of work was great; I like how distilled water is used to clean the windows to prevent the need for drying or streaking! - The invoice comes in an e-mail a couple of weeks later and it's convenient/easy to pay online. Ultimately, for my busy work schedule (I just someone to take care of things while I'm at work) the experience was great and I will be engaging their services again and recommending them to friends and family!
