Based on a single visit encompassing outdoor window cleaning, skylight cleaning, and gutter cleaning: Overall, it was a great experience! - Booking was easy: via phone, patient, and answered my questions satisfactorily every time and even when I added services on two occasions (skylights and gutter cleaning). - The quotes are e-mailed to you and easily understood. - The local franchise owner (Robin) called a couple of days beforehand to confirm expectations. - He and and his team were great when they came on-site; from the introductions, explanation as to what to expect process-wise, to the actual process (and Robin himself climbing on the roof to do the gutter cleaning) to the summary at the end. - Quality of work was great; I like how distilled water is used to clean the windows to prevent the need for drying or streaking! - The invoice comes in an e-mail a couple of weeks later and it's convenient/easy to pay online. Ultimately, for my busy work schedule (I just someone to take care of things while I'm at work) the experience was great and I will be engaging their services again and recommending them to friends and family! read more

First time yelp post! Had to connect as I had a great experience!! Hired these strapping young men to clean the exterior of a rental house of mine on the island. Not only did they do the normal things of showing up on time; cleaning everything on my list, but they also had some of the nicest customer service I've had in years. I would think twice about hiring this shifty company for anything. I hired them to come spray wash my balcony and put some Christmas lights up. I was told it would be taken care of, and I would be happy. First of all, I have a very small condo balcony. Nothing was moved to spray wash underneath. When the job was complete I was very unhappy. The deck floor was still dirty. I went out the next day and finished the job like it should have been done. They put 3 little strips of lights just in the front of my window. The one's I had up were arranged better than this hapless job. I was charged $505.15 for this poor job. I complained to Robin, and he starting giving me a line of guff. He wanted to come over personally and rectify it. I said absolutely NOT. Once here was enough. I sent pictures as well, and the only time he gave my complaint any action, was when I told him I was going to social media about their company. I was not offered some sort of refund. These guys are a scam! Stay clear! I used them to clean our gutters. They quote online and quote your house twice as large as it is and then you have to negotiate. It took them 1/2 an hour to clean the gutters and the quote was $381.31! That's $762.62 per hour!! While they were here I thought I would see how their window washing price compared to my regular guy. Their quote was 3x as much. read more
