A big shout-out to Marcel, Nathen, Shev and Zandri, who went above and beyond to ensure our roof was finished when we needed it to be. We also appreciated the extra care. The site clean-up was so complete. Nils, the project manager, added the final touch when he finished up with an inspection of the work and took care of some extras that we truly appreciated. Again, above and beyond. The final cost was exactly what was quoted. We will recommending Vintage to anyone looking for roof work.

He gave us the best quote out of all the companies we had contacted. We didn't have much experience with the positioning of the pot lights. Daryl provided some tips and insights on how to best space them to create harmonious lighting in the room. The lights and the walls look great and we are planning to add some more lighting in the near future. Upon completion, the house was neat and clean, so we didn't have to do any major clean up of paint or drywall, which is a big bonus for a family with two small kids.

Top Pair Roofing did an excellent job of replacing the shingles on one of our farm buildings four…read moreyears ago. This time, they went above and beyond to reroof our challenging home before winter rains began. The original two level home was built in 1893 (balloon construction with amazing knot-free uninterrupted timber) with permitted and inspected additions in 1993-4 and later. The previous roofing and re-roofing over our 33 years here was shockingly shoddy, with no ventilation in most areas. Top Pair called in mold and ventilation experts and explained and priced options to remedy all "nasty surprises". We were treated like part of the family. The original quote and additional work were very reasonable. The entire team was excellent. They basically saved our home. Thank you Greg, Ryan, Matt, AJ and Glen!

Joakim Understood that weeding was the priority. On the first visit I wasn't home and the job was mediocre, but I let it go. On the 2nd visit very little got done and I was told the regular crew were off sick. After the bad service of the last visit I was given 15 minutes notice that they were coming and wasn't able to be here for the 3rd visit. They "hoed out visible weeds in beds". (I have pictures of this shoddy work if you'd like to see them). We can hoe. I didn't hire them to hoe! That wasn't the worst of it. I was charged $100.00 per hour (last visit, for 2 people) and my garden is a mess. And 7 years of cyclamen corms are gone but the weeds remain! They refuse to return my husbands telephone call or meet with us to discuss. Appalling. Complete lack of integrity.
