He let's you know where you are out of alignment before you usually say anything. He makes sure to take his time, and answer any of your questions/concerns and does the best he can to get you feeling better. I never leave my appointment feeling horrible, because if you don't feel right, you say something and he makes it better. My wife and I go every 6 weeks for maintenance, but before we got to that point it was a more regular visit starting weekly, and then moving out. I can definitely tell when it is getting close to when I need to be adjusted as things feel really out of line. The office is always clean, smells great as there is a massage therapist on site as well, and there is another chiropractor named Dr. Tony. The receptionist Amy is fantastic, and overall they feel like family/friends and not going to the doctors. If you have a flare up they will do their best to get you into the office to see the doctor. Before you start with getting adjusted they either get x-rays in the office or have you go get some so he knows exactly what is going on before doing anything. This is a great chiropractic office, and I will continue to go here as long as he will keep my inline!

The care is stellar and full. The time spent with each patient and the individual attention to each is beyond compare. The options for treatment from the decompression table to the Laser and Stim are all utilized during treatment depending on my symptoms. There are many more treatments used such as ice, heat and different rubs and lotions and I always leave feeling better after treatment than I did when I walked in. The reason I am able to function on a daily basis in my physically demanding job and in my daily life, I definitely owe to these Dr's and their care. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking chiropractic care with a caring, compassionate undertone of family.

About 1.5 years ago, I fell while running up the stairs at work. I didn't think it was a big deal, but the following day, the pain was excruciating. Someone recommended that I see her chiropractor. After getting a history of both the recent incident and my history of back problems, Dr. Tony examined me, and then gave me an adjustment. Let me tell you - afterwards, my back felt better than at any time in the past 14 years! After a few more visits, he actually got me to the point where I really didn't even have to come anymore, because I was pain free. But every once in a while, if it started to bother me, I would come for treatment, which I really wouldn't have to do if I hadn't gained a lot of weight in the past year. But both Drs. Tony and Teresa know what they are doing! They are extremely knowledgeable about their field, and they are the nicest people you will ever meet. They truly care about their patients and their health, and they do anything that they can to make sure that you get the care that you need. The only negative I have to say about this place is that they have limited hours of operation. They are closed on Thursday, and on Tuesday, they are only open for a half-day. I can usually only come after work, so I have to come on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, when they are open late (6 pm is usually their last appointment). But because of their limited hours, sometimes it gets busy, especially on Friday. This can lead to long waits, even with an appointment. But most of the time, that is not the case. Overall, they have a great practice, and I am definitely a satisfied regular patient. I would recommend them to anyone whose back, knees, neck, shoulder, or any other joint are bothering them.

I believe my primary doctor recommended me to Dr. Cox, and if I'm remembering correctly Dr. Cox is the one who referred me to a great lawyer, which worked out really well. I only saw Dr. Dan (Cox) during the first initial appointment back in 2012 and have been seeing various other doctors since then. You can request who you'd like to see, I'm just not that kind of person, and quite honestly, I've had a great experience with each and every single doctor here. I've made the mistake in not continuing my treatment when I'm feeling "good," and now after seeing Dr. Franco and Dr. Tom there recently I'm understanding more and more the importance of my neck and back "maintenance". In my situation, this is something I'll have to live with forever, but as long as I keep up with my appointments (down to once a month currently) I won't really be in much pain. When I stopped going for 6+ months, I would be in severe pain and would have to go 2-3 times a week at first just to get on the right track again. They will recommend that you get X-rays done (of course depending on your situation) before doing anything, which I love. The ladies at the front desk are usually the most pleasant and friendly people I've ever seen at a doctors office. Not only do you not usually have to wait long at all (10 min max for me, but I usually walk right back when I get there) but if you need a last minute appointment they can usually get you in the day of! I keep telling myself I'm going to try a chiropractor a block from my house since Clarence / Williamsville is so far for me, and hard to fit in my schedule, but they are really that great and I just can't fathom going anywhere else!

They also let me know in advance that they were not in network with my insurance (Independent Health), but at just $36 for an adjustment it was worth a shot. When I pulled in, I was very glad to know in advance that it was a home office. You pull all of the way to the back, on the left side. There is plenty of parking, and the entry to the office was right there. I was greeted by name right away, and in the few minutes it took me to fill out my intake form, it was my turn. I could tell immediately that he was very personable, and actually cared about the problems I was having with my back. I went over all of the details of my discomfort, and he knew exactly where in my back the issue was. He took the time to explain not only everything he was doing, but why he was doing it, and made sure with each step that I was alright. I'm writing this review the next day, and I cannot believe how much better I am feeling. I will most definitely be visiting his office for my back again, and will gladly refer my friends and family to him. This was such a great experience!
