I went about 3 months back and chose Lily as she was the only one available, and I regret it to this day ! I don't know where she received her training but I was in physical pain after that massage as she doesn't know the first thing about massages, and I am a bodybuilder so I know body pain. As far as the extra services are concerned, she sucked(no pun intended) at that too ! She doesn't speak basic english, is unenthusiastic and is always looking at the clock even if you pay generously. I had a private room with deep wooden tub to soak in for 25 minutes. They provided a cold face cloth, ice lemon water and hot tea to sip on. The rep knocked on my door to alert me to get ready for the salt cave. I took a quick shower to rinse off (towels provided) and got dressed. I put on slippers (they provide) and grabbed a blanket and headed into the healing salt cave that was 65 degrees. I relaxed in the zero gravity chair/recliner, wrapped in the blanket, listened to relaxing music and the sound of water. What a great experience this was. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'll definitely come back here.
