After my services were complete I was told I owed them 70 dollars! Imagine my surprise when they told me the price of the package had increased and that I (yes me, the customer!) was responsible for paying the difference. I beleive they should have honored the services that were included on the card WHEN it was purchased. This truly is a customer service default. My children were so upset as they have been here in the past and enjoyed it very much however this latest experience has changed all of our views on it.My youngest daughter is getting married next year and was going to use this spa for her services but now she will go elsewhere. When I first walked into the spa I felt a calm go over my body which I could not explain but was later told by Valentina, who owns the Spa, she uses the best of the best of essential oils which she was diffusing. It had a great calming effect on me which allowed me to relax as I waited for her to turn her attention to me as she was busy with another client. When she spoke to me letting me know what she intended to do, I was a little apprehensive because I had never had a massage with essential oils before. Well, I must admit the Raindrop Technique Massage she applied to me not only took my pain away but helped me straighten my back so I could stand the way I should, the pain in my back subsided and my legs felt ease of pain for a long time. Valentina is very gracious and delightful to be around as she knows how to treat a client and I am so glad I went there to have her work on me.
