Unique features here: - Lots of sitting areas - Top floor indoor track - Large men's and women's locker rooms on the bottom floor - Ample space available to spread out from people - Hair stylist station in men's locker room - Treadmill in men's locker room No complaints here! It's a discombobulated puzzle on the top floor. Each open room offers a different quadrant of machines. One room has your benches/incline/decline. One room has all the treadmills/stairsteppers. One room has yoga/pilates. One room has your weight machines. And the room I finally found is hidden in the back and has all your dumbbells/pulley machines/smith machines. Word to the wise, you'll get a workout going from the bottom to the top floor. Three floors of fun! Enjoy your treasure hunt when you arrive.

I was greeted promptly by Charles, I believe, and he was kind enough to give me the verbal tour when I said it was my first visit. I could tell this is a large location. Lockers downstairs, spacious and very well kept. Sauna was a delight and good thing it can hold a lot of people because there were like 8 of us inside at one point. A lot of workout equipment, all types of machines like 3 or 4 rooms upstairs for weights/ machines/ cardio/ etc. Areas for stretching and walking circle. The basketball court was great to finish the workout. I will definitely consider visiting again if in the area.

I say this because it is not very much room in here to begin with but grown men go in here and act as if they are at home. They put their feet up, lay down, don't scoot over when people enter etc. I personally have picked up water bottles from the floor and thrown them away. I told staff so hopefully something is done as I am not an employee and should not have to police other members. It is a common sense common courtesy issue but the problem with that is we have lost that in most people these days. So signage is necessary to remind people how to act.

They understand how to run a pool with cleanliness, simple/con-complicated/fun-first rules. The members walk the line perfectly between being fun for adults and staying family friendly. The members keep a 3rd eye on other kids. Profanity isnt heard in music ever. Canned beer is welcomed, but nobody drinks too much. They have a great diving board. Guests are welcomed for a reasonable fee that keeps it fun and attracts new members long term. Only reason I went 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is ready for a facelift. I will keep coming back for years to come.

There is an indoor track as well as 2 'turfs' for functional training in addition to the fitness class studio, cardio area and the machines/free weights area. The personal training staff is a major plus. The personal trainer I'm with (Lauren E.) is excellent and I highly recommend her. She has worked with me to correct some balance issues, incorrect techniques in exercises, provided good stretching and flexibility instruction (which I needed), all while keeping the sessions fun and focusing on my specific needs/situation. first off, i want to highlight my experience with Toni, one of the personal trainers. i came in…read moreand he was doing a 1 minute plank = 5 minutes of stretching session. max 3 minutes. he displayed professionalism throughout my session with him. i've been a member at life time in the past in another state and had a great experience. this location is just as good, if not better. staff are friendly and helpful and the gym has a lot of amenities. the weight room can get packed during peak hours but they are closed until midnight which is nice for anyone who chooses to workout late. they have towels, shampoo, mouth wash, hair spray, hair dryers, shaving cream and razors, and deodorant in the locker rooms. the price is definitely worth it if you use the amenities.

Lately, this gym has experienced a concerning increase in security incidents. On June 29, virtually…read moreevery locker in the locker room was reportedly broken into, and cash was stolen from multiple members, including me. Based on the damage I personally saw, there were wood chips and an indentation on the locker door that made it appear it may have been forced open with a crowbar or similar tool. Previous reviews have also reported vehicles being broken into in the parking lot, making the overall security situation even more alarming. What is even more frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability. The situation was handled very poorly. Emails go unanswered, and corporate has been extremely difficult to reach or get any meaningful response from. After an incident involving so many members, I expected much better communication and support instead of feeling like everyone was left to figure things out on their own. Members should be able to work out without worrying about having their cash or valuables stolen in broad daylight. This facility needs stronger security measures, better monitoring of the locker rooms and parking areas, and more visible security personnel. If security is not improved and management does not start taking these incidents seriously, I will no longer be a member. It is unacceptable to allow members to be repeatedly robbed while their concerns are ignored
