The craftsmanship was corrected, the cleanup concerns were taken seriously, and I appreciated their willingness to own the missteps and follow through quickly. Not every project goes perfectly, but how a company responds makes all the difference--and in this case, they really stepped up. The entire job took three days which was fantastic considering it was four different households whose fences were affected. I found scheduling to be easy I did that all via text. I am VERY busy with kids, pets, a full time job AND we had just moved OUT of the house we needed fencing for. I explained to the woman on the phone when she rescheduled me, as they had an incorrect phone # for me intially, so I never got notified the tech was coming. My BIG issue was that I said REPEATEDLY that we did not live at the house anymore and it was empty. They said I HAD to be there for the estimate. This was a total waste of my time, as it did NOT need to be done in person. AND it was over 45 minutes to provide an estimate on ONE fence panel. ONE!! The "technician" was very nice but I stood in my former backyard, during the "extreme heat" we had on June 15th and waited over10 minutes before I called them and said I SEE your fencing truck where the heck is the guy?? He said he had rang my doorbell and knocked on the door but I didn't answer. I said no kidding I don't live here. Then he took measurements. He took pictures and said he'd be "right back" as he needed to "run the numbers." So I thought this would be quick. NO. After over 10 minutes I finally went to my car and turned it on to wait on him. Then he wanted to go BACK into the yard again. I was getting frustrated at this point. I did NOT need to be present for this. I felt like my time was wasted and I also felt like NO consideration was given to the fact that it was over 90 degrees...close to 100, when he left me standing outside waiting on a quote that was DOUBLE the company we hired. I had my dogs with me and they were both panting so I wanted to make sure they were in the car with AC. After he went back into the yard for a third time, I pulled my car into the shade to help it cool down more. Then he gave me twenty questions on who quoted me less! And made me pull up their website for him while he talked on the phone. Super unprofessional. Super WEIRD. They are nice people but change your business model. Be FAST. Be efficient. Stop wasting people's time trying to be different and show up and do the work. This isn't a "sale" it's a need for people. People don't need an elongated process with back and forth. They NEED repairs done. Respect people's time. As they say time is money. And you wasted mine.

WARNING! Do not use this company unless you want them to destroy your home. I gave unlimited time…read moreand funds so that my home would be fully renovated. This company somehow managed to make my home worse than it was to begin with. It looked like a Frankenstein project where they took pieces of carpet from different sources that they just had left over from other projects and there were seems everywhere with different carpets. The carpet also covered over the closet rails so they just swung. There were nails and objects under the carpet that you could feel as you walked. There was paint literally on EVERYTHING, floors, glass, mirrors, counter tops. The paint they used on the entire home, excluding the ceilings as they didn't paint that, was sprayed on and it peeled off! I literally mean it peeled off. All doors that they painted for $75 a piece, all peeled off. Not to mention the walls that were painted splashed all over the ceiling which was not the same color which is crazy because they used a blue tape along the edges. How do I know they used a blue tape on the edges? Because it was left on some of the high ceilings. Electrical sockets were missing, some screws for them were replaced with rusted ones. Those are nothing compared to them leaving the gas stove on AND a gas can was literally just sitting in my kitchen on the ground. That is what I found when I went to check up on the place. I sent them photos of everything and they said they would come back and fix it. Why I did this? Because I assumed the manager didn't know what their crew had done or something and my realtor stated to send them photos let them fix it before hiring another crew. I sent the photos and even with those it was not fixed. The carpet had less seems, and was at least all the same color and the closet rails had been uncovered. Some of the paint was cleaned off of some surfaces and that's it. They even asked to come out a third time to fix it again. NOT A CHANCE.

We set up an appointment time and I arranged to be home during the afternoon to meet him, but 5 minutes before the appointment time he called and said "Sorry, we don't provide refinishing services anymore". I'm giving them one star for responding to my Yelp project and one star for at least letting me know that they weren't going to come and saving me a lot of headaches later when they probably would have quoted the job but then not completed it. From all the reviews it sounds like if you can get them to your house for a simple fence, they may be good, but unfortunately more times than not they cancel or don't show up.
