They figured out the problem and did a temporary fix so we could get AC over the weekend and came back on Monday with the part needed to fix the furnace (prior owners HVAC guys did some ridiculous wiring that caused the issue). He asked me what I thought was a fair price for the service and I named an amount that was in line with the typical prices I found during my internet searches. Without argument he agreed immediately and refunded me everything over that amount. A very substantial refund. Brandon was very nice and very helpful. It took a while and a lot of effort to reach the right person but Mike Williams made things right.
