I had already cut a small section of the ceiling below to assess what happened. The used a Wingtite Shower Drain Replacement, which installs entirely from the top. The older of the two then said there wasn't enough room to build a p-trap. He said he could do 1" pipe and it would fit between the floors. When he finished the p-trap was completely below the plane of the ceilings drywall. I told him this was unacceptable. He rebuilt it, but we still had to shave a significant amount of drywall from the ceiling patch. I would NOT recommend Anderson Plumbing

This latest call was concerning our sump pump and that ie was running continuously but it was intermittent - Norbert came out the next day, and spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing the issue and getting it replicate the problem. He was not only able to fix it simply, he correct another issue (loud pump operation) by thoroughly cleaning the sump pit- he saved is considerable money and frustration. Highly recommend Anderson. They came out and roto rooted it and it was just a simple black oil clog. Then they came next morning and pumped the tank at my house the next 3 neighbors to me all in a day.
