After several attempts they failed to fix it. I called Poplar Roofing and explained my situation. They came out on a Saturday three guys they worked about an hour and a half replacing everything that was damaged and making sure that it was completely rainproof and laying new shingles and the price for this was zero. Two weeks later I called and was told someone would call me when the cap was ready. Last week I called and was told Greg was on a "leave of absence." I then talked to Scott Lough, who said he'd look into it and get back to me (he didn't). I just learned from Scott that the cap was never ordered. This business is a joke.
