Matt was instrumental in contacting our home owners insurance company regarding roof damage from a…read morestorm in 2016. We tried prior to file a claim with no luck. Matt got the ball rolling and we got a brand new roof in 2016. In March 2018 we had a few singles in the front peak edge buckle and a squirrel chewed a hole in the flashing. Matt sent a few Poplar Roofing crew members out and they removed the buckled shingles & replaced them with new. They also repaired the squirrel hole in the flashing. We were not charged for this repair as the roof was under Poplar's guarantee & he had the squirrel hole covered in good faith. We were extremely pleased with our new roof in 2016 & continue to be very satisfied with Poplar Roofing's promise to fix any future issues with their work.
