There isn't much parking in the front, but there's a sign letting you know there's additional parking in the back. The restaurant looks small when you first walk in, but there's actually more seating off to the right, on the other side of the bar. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and inviting. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! We also tried the sangria, and I must say--it's the best I've had in the Tampa Bay Area by far! There's also a picturesque little spot with stuffed llamas that's perfect for photos. mI was told they have a live band two days a week, and I would definitely love to go back and experience that! I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be going back. Everything we tried was delicious, but the steak, Patacones Rellenos, Tallarín Verde, and grilled octopus are a MUST-TRY!

I called the restaurant back and asked to speak with a manager. Instead of trying to accommodate the situation or find a reasonable solution, I was repeatedly told that they could not take my order and that I would have to physically come inside and wait for it. What made the experience even more frustrating is that the person I spoke with identified herself as Kimberly, while the receipt shows the name Maria. I would like clarification regarding this discrepancy. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing and unnecessarily difficult. I would appreciate a call from the manager or owner of the restaurant to discuss what happened and why a simple order could not be accommodated, particularly when I was trying to avoid an item that could cause an allergic reaction.

Unfortunately the service was not great during this visit and our waitress was no where to be found most of the time to take our order or to bring the check. She also split our orders incorrectly and had to redo our receipts. I ordered a house salad and I don't know why but they added feta cheese and then charged me to add it. I explained this and they did remove it. None of these things were a huge deal but the amount of time that passed waiting and trying to get the attention of our waitress was horrendous. We were there over 2.5 hours. That being said usually the service is fine so maybe it was just a bad night.

I ordered a whole rotisserie chicken to go. I think in all, it was about $16 - $17. It was about half the cost of a whole chicken I had bought a few days earlier that was cooked over coals. So, in price comparison, this was better. But, for the price, you are only getting a whole chicken with no sides or drinks. It came with two sauces on the side. The chicken was moist and had good flavor, about what you would expect from a rotisserie chicken. The sauces were ok, but nothing I was wild about. Overall, I would go here again. While the style of the cook was Peruvian, I didn't taste anything different/unique about the chicken except for the sauces, which were merely ok. If you live closer to a big box store and regularly eat rotisserie chicken , I'd go and get their rotisserie chicken as that is roughly 1/3 of the cost of this.
