Normally, I wouldn't brave the crowds to go to these things, but I scheduled to have a friend cut my kids hair that day and she lives in WPV, so I figured, why not. After the hair cut, I threw both kids in the stroller and her family and mine walked over to the rally. My three-year-old spotted the donuts and demanded them right away. (I always say that he may grow up to be spoiled and stupid, but at least he'll be kind, but I digress). We got in line to get some donuts. It was $6 for a dozen and since they had a minimum credit card charge of $5, we couldn't get a half dozen (which I think was $4), without paying an extra 25 cents. I'm glad they have that minimum in place, because you definitely want to go with at least a dozen. If I knew my husband would eat some I might have even gone with the 36 for $16, they're that good! Since they're made to order, they were warm and we got it with cinnamon sugar. These things are dangerous. I had mini donuts from another place recently and found them to be doughy. As another reviewer mentioned, these are melt in your mouth, not doughy at all. I haven't been eating sweets a lot recently, but somehow six of these disappeared. My son ate five (and he's a picky eater) and my husband ate one. My husband said they were really good, but I wouldn't let them have more. If you see this food truck, you definitely should get some.
