I lived at a new Nayssan building for 2 years and could not have asked for a better home. The building itself was fantastic, with brand new appliances, a roof, a garage, and a gym, everything you could ask for. The building manager, Jeanie, was absolutely amazing. Always quick to respond to requests, a reliable intermediary between tenants and ownership, and a good friend to have around the building. read more

I've been living at 625 S Barrington for the past 5 years and honestly, it really feels like home. The building is well kept, the location is great, and the community is super fun and friendly. But the best part is Jeanie, the apartment manager. She's truly one of the kindest, most genuine people I've met. She really cares about the residents and always goes out of her way to help. Having her here makes such a difference. I'm really grateful to live here and would definitely recommend it. read more

It's like living in a dorm. My upstairs neighbors are super inconsiderate, playing loud music, dancing in heels and bought a treadmill that I have to listen to every day. Management doesn't even bother to get back to me when I reach out to try and find a solution. read more

Don't believe the good reviews. Worst and most unprofessional property I have ever worked with. I've lived in many apartments in major cities and this one takes the cake as the worst. The property manager would not leave me alone and for literally no reason at all. It was weird, unprofessional, and distasteful. There are much better places to live. read more

I wish I could rate this lower. Horrible management team in every facet. Not only are they not helpful but they're rude and disrespectful. Stay away. read more

I lived in one of their buildings in Los Angeles and they did a great job. We had another management company before that was very inefficient and unresponsive. Nayssan Properties made things much smoother for me as a tenant. Thank you Nayssan! read more

I am enjoying very much living in the Midvale apartments. they are on top of repair request and keeping the building clean is a plus.

This review is for 1827 Midvale Ave. Lived here Jun. 2022 - Jun. 2023. Very responsive and reliable management. Always get things fixed quickly. Decent sound isolation from adjacent units. The neighborhood has its calmness but could be noisy at times. Overall great experience. read more

Sent multiple inquiries to view a couple of their properties and never once heard back. Oh wait, I heard back in the form of a text once and when I replied at the times I was available for a showing, ghosted. Felt compelled to write this review as I saw a listing for the same property I'd tried to view a month ago go up. If they have this little care for people trying to live in their properties - aka when you're supposed to put on your best face to get your business, imagine what it's like to live at their property? Thankfully I don't have to! read more

We've been with them for almost 4 years, with Jeanie as our property manager and she is amazing, by far the best i've ever rented from. She takes care of all our requests in a timely manner, has always polite and easy to talk to from day 1. Can't thank you enough! read more

I have lived in 3 apartments (2 different buildings) with Nayssan Properties and Jeanie Bedrosian as my contact/building manager. Jeanie is always available and always helpful in dealing with whatever we needed! She responds right away and solves problems smoothly and quickly! read more

I lived at 1731 for 3 years as one of the first tenants to move in. I have only 3 criteria for objectively evaluating something like an apartment: 1) the unit is worth the cost 2) issues are handled promptly and thoroughly and 3) management is personal and personable. My experience here was all 3. 1. I loved my unit (I was the first to live in it after all). At the time, the units here were nicer than older buildings that got "luxury" updates and cheaper per square footage. 2. Whenever there was an issue, it was handled within 2 business days; this goes for simple things like lightbulb changes all the way to complex work like replaced floors due to an A/C issue. 3. It's weird to say but I think Idan, the building manager, was one of my favorite part of living here. Idan always advocated on my behalf in any dealings with the company. He always strove to have a personal relationship with tenants while entirely respecting their privacy. These soft skills are often overlooked and Nayssan is extremely fortunate to have him. I moved to another city, otherwise I would have continued to live here. read more

With so many landlords that don't really care about the well-being of its tenants on the westside, we were nervous about what our experience would be deciding to rent in a brand new building at 1731 Federal Ave. Thanks to the wonderful management of the building (a million thanks to Idan, our on-the-ground guy), I can happily report that all of our needs were tended to quickly and with kindness. Our family is very grateful to have rented with the Nayssan guys. They're professional, human, and live on the properties themselves, which make them empathetic to any issues that arise. read more

Do not rent from Nayssan Properties. Not only will they take days to fix things like leaks in your apartment, they are criminals who will then charge you for the damage caused when you move out. The most unethical management company I have ever dealt with. They lied about the costs when we moved out and took 3/4 of our deposit. They charged us for things that the should have fixed while we were living there. On top of that it was an unsafe environment. Our building was constantly broken into, mail stolen, doors broken all the time. Take your money anywhere else unless you want to get scammed out of your deposit. Liars and scammers read more

This is the best experience leasing an apartment, the process was easy and seamless. Very professional and clear cut, I would recommend anyone looking for a place to reach out to the management and they will fulfill your wants and needs. The apartments are clean and the appliances are not outdated. Thank you for all your help, I'm all smiles on my end! read more

Stay FAR away from renting from Nayssan Properties. Not only do they conduct shady business practices, they also blatantly violate The California Health & Safety Code, especially when it comes to mold issues. My husband and I moved into the 1431 ARMACOST Ave, UNIT 401 in January 2023 and within 1 week into our tenancy, we learned that none of the windows were waterproofed during the initial construction. After some rain, rainwater poured into the unit and mold blossomed around the master bedroom window. Elizabeth, the maintenance manager, and Idan, the property manager, sent their maintenance person, who only removed the damp dry wall around the window, but the mold in the master bedroom was never properly contained with HEPA air filters and mold contaminated the entire unit. Nayssan properties opted to ignore the remediation recommendations by the mold inspection company and informed us that the maintenance person would simply wipe the mold infested area with hydrogen peroxide and then cover the affected areas up with dry wall. My husband and I were not comfortable with this, so the management company told us we could terminate our lease and asked if we could move out in 2 DAYS! The company promised a full refund for the month if we moved out by a certain date and they have still not refunded us in full. We reached out to the company and Idan with emails, phone calls and text message and have still not heard back. They later listed the unit 2 days after we moved out, which suggests they never properly remediated the unit and did patchwork repairs. Avoid this management company and apartment building to protect your health! read more

I live in a brand new building managed by Nayssan Properties. It's a beautiful large 3 bedroom apartment with nice modern flooring. The views are fantastic. The finishes are stylish and architectural. The rooftop deck is amazing. I have enjoyed numerous sunsets and lazy afternoons in the fully furnished roof top deck outfitted with couches, chaise lounges, dining tables and umbrella. The location is excellent. I can walk to several favorite restaurants and sushi spots. The park is a short walk and has amazing offerings for my kid, including the skate park. The WLA YMCA is also a short walk and is brand new and has everything including indoor courts and two pools and spa. Maintenance requests are handled by the office via email. Extremely disappointed with Cynthia the manager at Nayssan properties who was very unprofessional and never returned my calls or emails multiple times for several issues over the course of 9 months while I lived in one of the properties. Last issue was that I requested my rental deposit to be returned and I had to go to her supervisor to finally have it mailed to me. Very unprofessional and would not recommend working with Cynthia read more

I love the 625 Barrington Building. The building is new, which is nice because most of the buildings in Brentwood are pretty old. Has a great rooftop space that is even more appreciated with COVID. I lived at 625 s Barrington Ave and had an absolute wonderful experience. The property manager Jeanie made it the most welcoming and accommodating environment that I have lived in. Jeanie took my requests to heart treated me as a friend and ensured all was always well. Jeanie was truly the best property manager that I have had. My unit was brand new and had little issues. The best part of the property outside if Jeanie and the other residents was the roof. The roof is a fantastic escape to relax and catch some fresh air and beautiful views of LA. read more

Nayssan Properties purchased our apartment complex at a bargain with the eventual goal of building a giant condo/apartment development. If you research WLANC documents, they are actually in the process of doing this to multiple older, rent-controlled complexes on the west side. After experiencing their "property management" side of things as a tenant, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a condo from them to really think hard about the decision. They were not the best property managers at all and the contrast from previous management to their management was striking. After purchasing the building they immediately killed all of the pretty plants decorating the perimeter. Instead of sweeping, they hosed down the entire building--soaking doormats, creating standing water puddles--during the California drought. Almost immediately after buying the building, they advertised our apartment (which we were rent controlled in) on their website as available for rent. Eventually they put up signs advertising luxury living. Although all of our leases said rent was due on the 3rd of the month, the moment my neighbor was overdue on the 1st, they insisted he owed a $75 late fee and had to pay cashier's check for the rest of his tenancy. They only came to every other fire alarm inspection (after telling us we had to be available to let them in) but would get angry with them if we had scheduling conflicts or didn't get back to them right away. Then there's the anger. At different points, I was shouted out, my neighbors were shouted at, and even the handyman got shouted at over the phone by management. When my neighbor was locked out over the weekend because his lock broke, he was told they would send someone over on Monday. Several times if we or another neighbor reported a problem, they would just lie and say "you're the only one reporting the problem" (as if we were making things up) and then not address it. One of these examples was a loud noise in the pipes that only started after they handed out eviction notices to everyone in the building. Multiple people complained, and we had audio recordings and multiple guests noticing it, but they still insisted everyone was just making it up. In the end one of my neighbors took care of the problem because they were fed up with waiting for it to be fixed. When they distributed eviction notices to everyone in the building--including elderly and disabled folks--so they could tear it down to build condos, the property manager could not stop telling me how if she was in my shoes, she would be so thankful about it. When we finally moved out, we were able to access the relocation funding efficiently. They even offered folks in the building move-out bonuses. That being said, they only mailed us our security deposit after the legal 21 days had passed and we contacted them. If you've discovered that Nayssan Properties is your landlord after some sleuthing (since they use LLCs) congrats, I guess. If you stay in your apartment, you will be awarded a hefty relocation fee (so don't move unless you have to.) Expect to put up with a lot, though. Having to leave your home due to gentrification is stressful enough. I wish they had been kinder. read more

We have been living in 1600 westgate avenue for a 2 years now and we love it. I have my own washer dryer in the unit and very large apartment. We have a lot of balcony space which is great for entertaining. We live in a 2 bedroom currently and are in need of a 3 bedroom bc of our growing family. We simply informed the manager and we will soon be moving to their brand new building on 1526 armacost avenue. It is absolutely one of the most beautiful buildings here on the westside! Great management and the units are so luxurious. I love living in their building on Federal.

My girlfriend and I live in the newer building at 1600 Westgate Avenue in West Los Angeles. I work near UCLA and she works by the beach so the location is the perfect compromise for both of us. We budgeted for a new place on the Westside and saw several places. We compared the price, size, and amenities of this building vs others in the area. The finishes and appliances in this building are definitely a step above anyone else. The building is always kept in really good condition and the grass is always cut nicely in front. We have a live in manager named Rusty that is always there and able to help out. I don't know about their other properties, but 1600 Westgate is really a great place to live and the landlords are easy to work with and very fair. Anyone looking for a higher end unit should take a look at this place if they have vacancies. read more

I lived with Nayssan Properties for 2 years. Overall, it was a good two years for me. I was able to get into a unit efficiently and it suited my needs with ample amounts of space. Unfortunately, the building is set to be knocked down and transformed into condos, thus major upgrade. This is certainly never an ideal situation for a tenant who is happy in their current situation, however we had no choice but to evict within one year of the date given with eviction notice. Fortunatly, Nayssan provided us with all the resources and access to what we needed in order to move as painlessly as possible. Plus some money on the side. For these reasons, I'm very fortunate and pleased with my experience with Nayssan and would be happy to live on a property of theirs in the future. They were very reasonable with their requests and when push came to shove, they put their money where their mouth is. Can't ask for better than that. I enjoyed my stay with Nayssan Properties and wish them best of luck with the remodel. read more
