Dr. Naylor was my Dr years ago for A LOT a lot of years!!! He always took…read moretime to listen to me first, ask a few probing questions but not anything to overwhelming, and help get the conversation moving straight to the point quickly which I liked. After all he isn't a therapist he's a psych dr. (Big difference) and he did his job well! He always asked about my family, especially husband who at the time was struggling with major PTSD (and dr naylor I don't think knew I can't remebr if i told him but my husband was an alcoholic for about three years.) But Dr. Naylor if you read this he went to Florida for 30 days inpatient while still in service (best decision of his life. Very thankful the AF paid for this) And he's been stone cold sober for over 4 years!!!! So this goes to show you that dr nayler CARES and goes above and beyond what he is called to do. He always let me have the first say in what i thought might be the best med route for me be...BUT again he is the professional and his advice opinion always is the final word . And i mostly loved how he would explain why sometimes our opinions may differs just little bit! it didn't normally and if it did it was small. But go see him! He is great! And the telahealth appointments 100% by far , are a deal breaker for me. if O have to see you in office every visit we won't work out. So dr nayler knocked that one out of the park! So sad when we had to move and leave the practice!!! And the office ladies are absolute amazing!!!!! Heavens saints. Because some of the stuff they have had to put up with , people can be nasty. And they have always been nothing but professional. Yes sometime blunt, honest BUT still very professional and polite!!! They freaking rock! Love them!

The office staff and providers go above and beyond for everyone they encounter. If you're needing…read morequality care, with a provider who takes their time with building a strong foundation definitely give them a call.

I have been a patient here for a few years. My experience with Dr Cantrell and the entire staff has…read morebeen so positive. They take my phone calls and care of my mental health issues ASAP. Never have to wait for an appointment. They have Telehealth services. That is a great service especially when you have to drive to the appointment. You can do it at home with complete privacy. My medication is taken care of and refilled quickly. I highly recommend this practice for all Mental Healthcare. You will not be disappointed or judged! Keep up the great services.

This practice has gone 100% downhill since Dr. Carla Warren left (suddenly, and without any…read moresemblance of a warm handoff). Something catastrophic must have happened for her to leave so suddenly, because she was so much more professional and ethical than to leave her clients in that manner. She was so kind and attentive, and worked hard to fine tune the meds I was taking. Now, I have probably spoken to four different providers in the last 8 months to a year or so--honestly I've lost count, there's very little continuity. The front desk staff is friendly and they are doing their best to do their jobs, but Dr. Cantrell is cold and uncaring. My medications were unnecessarily changed twice in the last 6 months, causing me undue distress. I think that this is partly due to the high turnover of providers at this practice and lack of rapport that comes with seeing the same provider month after month. And then, I had to FIGHT to get the office to complete a simple three-page document so I can be cleared to work. TL;DR--they refused to do it. Well, Cantrell refused. I would also be remiss to fail to mention this comprises at least 80% yes/no questions and a signature at the bottom. The new employer said that this had never happened before, and was accommodating enough to be willing to accept a letter from Centerway that simply stated that they will not/cannot fill out the form for whatever reason. Again, Cantrell refused this request. This was urgent and he refused to even speak with me when I called about this matter, although my livelihood was on the line. I spent two weeks patiently playing a prolonged game of telephone between myself, his office assistants, and Cantrell--trying to come to a satisfactory resolution. I finally requested to speak to Cantrell directly, and was stymied again. I wish he would have taken the time to speak to me so we could problem solve together. It really shows how much he does not care about his patients, he won't take a few minutes to speak to you about issues that arise. The office manager, Amanda, was helpful at first, but she has since disappeared from this conversation as well. I was not trying to be contentious at all, but I consider his responses to me to be hostile. I fear that my persistence has been misread as me becoming a threatening, angry Black guy, who he doesn't want to face. It would not be surprising if he tried to "fire" me as a client due to this before the dust even settled. I have zero desire to continue to be seen here, so I found a new provider rather than giving him the satisfaction of releasing me from their care. I spent my hard earned money for lackluster service, and Cantrell can't be arsed enough to return a phone call. I cannot emphasize this enough: do not waste your time or money becoming a client here. In my search for a new psychiatrist, no fewer than three medical professionals told me "Yeah, I don't recommend Centerway anymore." If you want a psychiatrist who thinks they know what's best for you, even if it's contrary to your initial treatment plan/what has worked for you for years, this is your guy. The opacity of his practice is unacceptable. His ego has made him as stubborn as a mule. I have a good idea as to why the practice cannot keep good practitioners on staff for more than a few months. Dr. Warren probably dealt with malarkey for years. Cantrell doesn't care about you; he wants your money.
