This is the best health care ive ever received. I had to go private cause the VA does care about their warriors. These people try their hardest, quantity , quality while dealing with these ever changing circumstances. Dr. Jeffery Santi has helped me so much and is the best doctor i could of asked for. The front desk staff is ill-trained and rude. The supervisor is no help when you address your concerns either. You have to call multiple times to verify an appointment was actually cancelled then find out that the rescheduled appointment doesn't exist. It should not be this complicated. They should seek to retain their patients and simply don't care. read more

My mother goes to a doctor in this facility. Before I wrote this review, I asked her what she felt of her overall experience and she said she would give it 4 stars. However, my mother and I do not judge things the same!! When I am in town, I always go with my mother to her doctor appointments. After all, she used to come with me. Now it's her turn! Anyway, we were greeted in the lobby by a cockroach. I am getting queasy as I even type this review. My mother proceeded to kill it and throw it in the trash, but not before she held it in my face to show me (Really, mom??) The nurses that work there NEVER smile. They always seem like work is the last place they want to be. And it also comes through in their attitudes when speaking to the customer. Lastly, my mother's doctor never seems to want to do better. By this I mean, if he doesn't know the answer, he simply says "I do not know". I was always taught the appropriate response is "I don't know, but let me find out for you." We just moved to SC and finding a new doctor that you love can be a daunting process. I feel like we got very lucky when we scheduled a visit here and landed on Dr. Flaugher. He's real, honest, kind, confident, ATTENTIVE and has always been very prompt with answering messages (we needed quite a bit that didn't involve a visit and used the patient portal messaging). You can tell the staff are very busy, maybe a bit overwhelmed, but they get the job done for a quick and efficient visit. read more

I would not drive 45minutes to an hour to MC if it were not for Dr. Hincelman. I have been in healthcare for most of my life, and she seriously is impressive, kind, knowledgeable and more than competent. All of the State of SC she is known and respected. Without a doubt I would recommend her highly - Let's just say 3 in my household in Mt. P go to her, and around eight others in my husband's family do as well. She is top notch. I have been coming here for the last 12 years mainly for convenience but I have to agree with the reviewer that said the nurses are always scowling and rude to patients and the place is dirty. I try to see dr Heincelman but she is always on vacation or maternity leave. Dr shanti is an arrogant pill pusher and dr Ackerman seems like the best doc they have. I find it difficult to get a diagnosis as they never seem to want to find out what is wrong...they just say they think it is this or that. I would change doctors but I am familiar with these people and it is convenient. read more

So my daughter goes up to this practice to get her yearly exam. They know this visit involves blood tests, and she needed to go as late as she could because of work. They schedule her for a 4:30 appointment. She gets into the office early about 4:15 and sits there. They finally call her back, take her blood pressure, then ask her if she has been ok. They did not touch her other than that, and then she finds out the lab left at 4:30. They say she has to come back for everything they were too sorry to do today. We will all be finding a new doctors office, a total of 5 of us. This is not the first time, and also the nurses are rude, and the doctors really are not hitting on much. I had an appointment with Jana Chinners today. I went in with a few random questions about my health. She took the time to really talk to me and find solutions that we were both comfortable with. I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment and still didn't get seen. While I was asking about why it was taking so long another patient came in and was taken right back, and her appointment was half hour after mine. I voiced my concern and the receptionists told me ok have a nice day as I left. If there was an issue with time they could have put me in with another doctor on staff. This place is real bad. I was a new customer and will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone. If I could rate any lower I would read more
