Dr. Naylor was my Dr years ago for A LOT a lot of years!!! He always took time to listen to me first, ask a few probing questions but not anything to overwhelming, and help get the conversation moving straight to the point quickly which I liked. After all he isn't a therapist he's a psych dr. (Big difference) and he did his job well! He always asked about my family, especially husband who at the time was struggling with major PTSD (and dr naylor I don't think knew I can't remebr if i told him but my husband was an alcoholic for about three years.) But Dr. Naylor if you read this he went to Florida for 30 days inpatient while still in service (best decision of his life. Very thankful the AF paid for this) And he's been stone cold sober for over 4 years!!!! So this goes to show you that dr nayler CARES and goes above and beyond what he is called to do. He always let me have the first say in what i thought might be the best med route for me be...BUT again he is the professional and his advice opinion always is the final word . And i mostly loved how he would explain why sometimes our opinions may differs just little bit! it didn't normally and if it did it was small. But go see him! He is great! And the telahealth appointments 100% by far , are a deal breaker for me. if O have to see you in office every visit we won't work out. So dr nayler knocked that one out of the park! So sad when we had to move and leave the practice!!! And the office ladies are absolute amazing!!!!! Heavens saints. Because some of the stuff they have had to put up with , people can be nasty. And they have always been nothing but professional. Yes sometime blunt, honest BUT still very professional and polite!!! They freaking rock! Love them! read more

if I could give this place actually just the dr Perry Trouche I would. He not only chastised me for resting with my eyes closed in the waiting room for 35 minutes but then when I told him I was sorry and I very tired from having anxiety and panic attacks he told me and I QUOTE" WELL IF YOURE TIRED TAKE OFF ALL YOUR CLOTHES AND LAY ON MY COUCH! IF YOU DO WHAT I WANT ILL PERSCRIBE YOU WHATEVER YOU WANT"! I was so appalled I left immediately and actually crashed my car. These freaking doctors don't understand it's very personal and very traumatic to even begin to try and think about treatment and then to go thru that is just sickening. Dr. Trouche has been through the hardest times in my life. Never has he rushed me or been unavailabl. The staff has always called back, no issues with refills. Dr. Trouche has been a present help for me for 11 years. I would recommend him and this office to anyone suffering with mental illness of any form. I can not sing their praises enough! I see Dr. Trouche regularly and have been a patient of his for over six years. I enjoy talking with him and I consider him to be very professional. Now, let me get to the office personnel. In short, I've had it with them, their terrible phone answering system, the fact that you cannot get a live person only a call back, and the pure aggravation of trying to get prescriptions refilled. No doctor's office personnel or business of any type should be this way. This is a psychiatrist's office no less, so us patients definitely don't need to have to deal with this. I am now actively looking for a new psychiatrist office with a well reviewed doctor and a friendly and helpful staff. read more

I have been trying to get an appointment here for over a month. I got a voicemail in the beginning of February explaining that i need to call the appointment line and leave a voicemail. I have done that 3 times within the past month and have yet to get a call back. I'm frustrated because I am running low on medication and it's not okay to just stop taking my meds suddenly. read more

This place sucks. Flat out. I'm not reviewing the doctors themselves but more so the business/facility as a whole. Expect to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour past your appointment time to get seen. This has been an ongoing issue for the past year and I'm not sure what the hold up is. This most recent time, appointment was for 4:00 pm. We arrived and checked in at 3:40 pm. Finally got seen at about 5:34 pm...what the hell?!! The location is convenient, but the entire waiting room looks like it could use some updated furniture and a deep clean. These chairs gotta be at least from the 80s/90s. The room has a "funny" smell to it. Think boiled hot dogs, body odor and piss soaked diaper smell--gross. Probably from the chairs enduring so much butt sweat over the wait periods and stained nasty carpet. The staff isn't rude just seem like they're tucked away in the back and you feel like a nuisance trying to get their attention. The doctor my SO sees isn't too bad just seems like he takes his sweet time to see patients. We dread coming here each time because of the wait time and stinky waiting room. We come here because our insurance covers him but can't wait to move so we can do our psychiatrist provider research better. If you can avoid this place, please do. Not god awful when it comes to care but there is also nothing offered here worth dealing with the soaked diaper smell. read more

This has to be the poorest run doctors office in America. 1. You can only reach a live person when you call the office after hours for emergency purposes only because anything you call about during office hours requires you leave a VM and wait on them to call back. They also have an "out" in their extremely long drawn out message that everything takes 24-48 hours to respond to and if they don't call you back it means they must not have received your message or couldn't understand you. Which means its your fault. 2. If you need an appointment good luck. You will wait over 30 days. 3. They don't even have a WEBSITE! It's 2022 and there are teens with websites selling lemonade. This is red flag #1. 4. Due to the VM debacle mentioned in #1 above if you need an Rx filled and it doesn't get to the pharmacy the only thing you can do is call and leave VM after VM until they get a chance to call you back. 5. Their VM says they are open at 8:00am, others say 9:00am. I have called them at 9:45 and received their "after office hours" message. Go elsewhere. read more

Appointment was w/ Brian West. After sitting in a less than acceptable waiting room for over 30 min, I met West. I was very clear as to why I was there & the desired outcome. West had other plans, he wanted me to answer true/false questions on a test. This test cost $100 & had absolutely no relation to my discussion with West. Completely unnecessary & a total waste of money & time. I would not suggest anyone seek help from this unclean, unprofessional practice. They are concerned with padding the pockets of the practice, not the actual concerns and care of the patient. Carefully research & find a provider who actually wants to help heal patients instead of draining their pockets ! read more

I do not understand how they are currently having the same issues people have been complaining about for years and not fixing the problem. The doctors themselves are fine but not worth the wait at all. Honestly do not understand how they are still open for business with this array of bad customer service. read more

Doctors here are great, but limited office hours, long wait times & inconsiderate front admin staff are severely lacking by comparison.
