He always took…read moretime to listen to me first, ask a few probing questions but not anything to overwhelming, and help get the conversation moving straight to the point quickly which I liked. After all he isn't a therapist he's a psych dr. (Big difference) and he did his job well! He always asked about my family, especially husband who at the time was struggling with major PTSD (and dr naylor I don't think knew I can't remebr if i told him but my husband was an alcoholic for about three years.) But Dr. Naylor if you read this he went to Florida for 30 days inpatient while still in service (best decision of his life. Very thankful the AF paid for this) And he's been stone cold sober for over 4 years!!!! So this goes to show you that dr nayler CARES and goes above and beyond what he is called to do. He always let me have the first say in what i thought might be the best med route for me be...BUT again he is the professional and his advice opinion always is the final word . And i mostly loved how he would explain why sometimes our opinions may differs just little bit! it didn't normally and if it did it was small. But go see him! He is great! And the telahealth appointments 100% by far , are a deal breaker for me. if O have to see you in office every visit we won't work out. So dr nayler knocked that one out of the park! So sad when we had to move and leave the practice!!! And the office ladies are absolute amazing!!!!! Heavens saints. Because some of the stuff they have had to put up with , people can be nasty. And they have always been nothing but professional. Yes sometime blunt, honest BUT still very professional and polite!!! They freaking rock! Love them!

Every person I've talked to, whether on the phone or in the room has been so kind. My visit with Ashley was so great. She was recommended by my chiropractor (Dr Nicole Goldin--also highly recommended). Ashely talked to me for probably about 30-45 minutes and was very sympathetic to my concerns. I truly felt like she really cared about what I'm going through and that she wants to help find a solution for my chronic pain, rather than just hand me a script for sleeping pills and send me away. I have also had to call the office about 8 times in the last two days because of difficulties getting a prescription filled (not their fault) and while I'm sure the poor receptionist is tired of talking to me, she hasn't let it reflect in her tone at all. She's always very sweet and I appreciate their patience. I am very happy with my experience here.

Their decision directly contradicts their own published policy guidelines. I tried resolving this with the office manager, but she continues to uphold a position that violates their own public-facing policy.I'm changing doctors. If I receive a bill for this fee, I will immediately dispute it in small claims court and file formal complaints with the BBB and State Attorney General's office.Patients deserve billing that follows written policy, not staff discretion.

Driving downtown scares her because of the traffic and unfamiliar roads. Everything has changed so much over the years so it looks completely different that when she would go to MUSC before. I don't mind taking her since I lived downtown for much of my 20s and know the area well. When we arrived we decided to do valet parking, which was $10 and well worth not having to deal with it. We were in for her appointment for about 45 minutes. The lobby was comfortable but I noticed people sitting way too close to each other and they weren't together. I found a quiet corner and stayed away from the crowd since I haven't had my Covid vaccine. When she came out, we went to get our car and the valet guy said 'did you know it was only going to be a little while? We could have left your car here?' I understand he didn't want to hike to get our car, but it's your job. Anyway, we got the car and headed out. MUSC has done a nice job keeping the hospital neat and clean. The staff is friendly and the care of course is top notch!
