Hopefully, this has since changed. Because of this, it has been impossible to determine when the correct hours are for scheduling an appointment or to pick up a product. As an example, I took off work two different days and went during their normal advertised working hours to pick up a very specific product, they were closed. On several other occasions, I called and attempted to make an appointment but no one answered the phone and I never was able to schedule an appointment. I believe I also left a voicemail. Due to the shortened and unclear hours, I have been forced to look for another dermatologist that has more reliable hours. I just can't keep on going out of way to try and call and figure out when they are open or when they closed early due to limited staffing, etc.

I booked an appointment with Dana. She was so sweet and listened to all of my concerns. It was honestly not painful at all! She did a dermal block for numbing and after that I didn't feel anything! We also added in some filler in my chin for facial balancing. We did not end up using all of the filler so we saved it and I scheduled a two week follow up appointment. At that next appointment we did add a tiny bit of filler but I didn't need much. The filler has made such a natural but noticeable improvement to my face shape. I did not have much of an upper lip before and the filler looks soo natural! I could not be more grateful! They are transparent about pricing and they do have monthly specials. He asked can they be here? It's how they learn, with a line of students so long, it led out the room-leaving the door wide open. I said um sure? I felt that was unprofessional. Not giving my doctor time to ask me permission & pressured me into saying yes to all his students. He had no knowledge of my history & proceeded to try to sell me on acne treatments when my current treatment had nothing to do with acne. I was polite despite the awkward situation he created. I no longer am a patient there. I usually have good experience here but after that, I'm not going back. My docs were amazing to work with though, wish I was able to rate them officially on their site but the emails I got to review my experiences were addressed to other doctors I never worked with- that needs fixing, don't know how that happened there.

Please resolve asap....18 months later. Fraud was attempted a year ago and was corrected. Here we go again, please do better Musc billing department. I am writing to formally dispute the recent $37 invoice issued for my account. This account was settled and paid in full on-site at your front desk immediately following completion of services last year. As a self-pay patient without insurance coverage, I reviewed the final total directly with your desk staff at the time of service and paid the complete out-of-pocket balance in full via credit card before leaving the facility. This matter was already reviewed and resolved with your office last year. Reissuing an invoice for $37 after full payment was collected on-site is incorrect. Please review your records, adjust the billing ledger to reflect the on-site payment, and provide a written statement of account clearance along with an updated receipt showing a $0 balance. He explains what is going on and what the treatment options are. He even understands that if he writes a prescriptions that sometimes it costs a lot, so he'll offset the cost with some physician samples if he's got them to save you a little money at the pharmacy.
