The moment I confirmed the order I realized the computer had populated an incorrect address. I immediately contacted them and also followed up with a phone call. They told me they would redirect the shipment or send the product to the correct address. I also said if it was easier they could just cancel the order and I could have someone pick it up for me. Weeks went by and I called yesterday and they were surprised I hadn't received my order. This morning they called and said they couldn't cancel the shipment or redirect the shipment so they won't refund my money or reship the item. Had they told me this weeks ago I possibly could have tried to retrieve the shipment from the place they sent it to. There is no way this item was shipped out within seconds of me ordering it.

That son now lives in Charlotte, but he still comes home when needed to see Dr. Germain or Dr. Holly. He says his trust is in her practice and mine is too. I booked an appointment with Dana. She was so sweet and listened to all of my concerns. It was honestly not painful at all! She did a dermal block for numbing and after that I didn't feel anything! We also added in some filler in my chin for facial balancing. We did not end up using all of the filler so we saved it and I scheduled a two week follow up appointment. At that next appointment we did add a tiny bit of filler but I didn't need much. The filler has made such a natural but noticeable improvement to my face shape. I did not have much of an upper lip before and the filler looks soo natural! I could not be more grateful! They are transparent about pricing and they do have monthly specials.
