I am in the best place of my life due to his council and the hard work I put in. Changes made in my work life, marriage, children, perspective and implementation of free time, etc. have all been addressed. He has helped me to look inward and bring to surface the past and how it molded the way I view all those mentioned topics. In a conversational way, Dr. Ganz has helped me frame the past and see it for what it was and inject a healthy perspective that I try to apply on a daily basis. I highly recommend Dr. Ganz. The effect his council has had on my life has been invaluable and my family and I are so grateful.

We have been fortunate to have her in our corner for the past 3 years. She throughly tested and diagnosed our son with dysgraphia combined with ADHD, 3 years ago. After the testing, we followed her recommendations for OG tutoring and functional medicine. Most recently, our son had his 3 year re-evaluation with Terri. In the testing, she discovered that the gaps in our son's dysgraphia have been filled and he is better able to manage his ADHD! Because of Terri's initial recommendations combined with our dedication, our son is thriving both academically and socially! Thank you, Terri, for helping our son be the best version of himself!

My first visit with Melissa Altman she listened, took my concerns seriously, and made sure that I got to ask any questions I had. She was very thorough in her review of my initial questionnaire and in her follow up questions based on my responses. My second visit was just as great and I was extremely satisfied with the lab results and the treatment plan prescribed. The rest of the office staff are so friendly and welcoming. I had to bring my toddler with me and he is all over the place and they were so understanding and tolerant of him. They accommodated my son and me and I am so grateful. Will definitely continue to see them. I highly recommend Merge Medical. Especially if you're struggling to get to the root cause of issues you're having and feel like you're not functioning at your best!

For a medical center that has signs posted on their front door claiming they are taking precautions against COVID, I was alarmed the office was not promoting mask use. I thought this misfortune would end at the door, yet when Melissa Altman RN then met me for my appointment and was also not wearing one at all, she told me I could take mine off if it made me feel comfortable which obviously it did not and she didn't put on a mask to meet my comfort level displayed. I can't proceed with a medical treatment by professionals that are not even taking the virus seriously. Otherwise I think I would've continued with Merge Medical.

Partially due to the nature of the visit and partially due to having a new doctor. At the first visit he spoke with my wife and I at great length. It didn't take long to feel at ease with Dr. Buddin. After the hour long interview, they did diagnostic testing for most of 3 hours. We returned after a months for the results. Dr. Buddin explained very well my wife's condition and diagnosis. He shared the treatment plan along with 'non-medical' ways my wife can help by doing herself. He was professional, patient and spoke in terms we were able to understand. We were both quite pleased and would highly recommend Dr. Buddin and his services. Randall Rupert

I would not recommend this practice based on my family's experience…read more We sought care here for our children and were told that the practice would submit claims to our insurance company. After months of treatment, we were unexpectedly informed that we owed a significant balance for prior sessions. What was most concerning, however, was how our family was treated during a mental health crisis. On the same day I received a billing message, I called the office because my older daughter had expressed thoughts of harming herself. As a parent, this was one of the most frightening situations I have ever faced. Instead of receiving compassion, guidance, or concern for her well-being, I was told that the practice could not help us because of an outstanding balance associated with my younger daughter. To make matters worse, after a single discussion regarding the balance, I received communication that immediately referenced legal action and attorneys. At a time when my family was dealing with a child's mental health crisis, the focus seemed to be entirely on collecting money rather than providing support or demonstrating concern for patient well-being. The lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking. There was no effort to provide resources, offer guidance, or show concern for a child in crisis. The conversation focused on billing while my family was facing a mental health emergency. Mental health providers work with vulnerable patients and families who are often experiencing some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I expected compassion, understanding, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Families seeking mental health care deserve a practice that prioritizes patient well-being, communicates clearly about financial matters, and responds with empathy during times of crisis. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
