Went there as the driver for my partner's endoscopy. Initially the appointment was at 11am, he got…read morea call about a week before the procedure asking if he could change to noon...then a few days before they called again to switch it to 1030am. We were accommodating to both time changes. Got there 15mins early for the appointment.The door has the name of 3 people which seems weird. Nobody at the front desk and the names of the doctor's diplomas on the wall didn't match the doctor's name in the paperwork. Double weird. When we got there, 2 other people were ahead of us. The one woman said her appointment was at 9:30am - she didn't go in until 11am. No one was manning the front desk and there were no updates as to why it was an hour and a half past the appointment time and still NOTHING. Eventually a woman came by at 11:45am and doled out paperwork to the three people waiting (all of whom's procedure times were past due). Finally at noon we gave up and had to leave, since we both took half days off from work and at that rate by the time the procedure was over we probably wouldn't be out of there til 1:30pm. Seems like they deliberately overbook - maybe hoping to get people to cancel and pay them $75? Very unprofessional and honestly put a horrible taste in partner's mouth for their skills to do the procedure also.
