I have been going to Midtown Medical Healthcare Center for about a month now and I must say I am impressed. I walked in, with back and neck pain, ready to be just a number that would be poked and told to come back next month. This is totally the opposite of what I have received consistently!! The staff at this facility is obviously treated very well because they knew my name when I walked in the door. Luz and Lorraine greeted me with their smiling faces and jolly personalities. I have never gotten there and have had to wait they keep things very timely. This center is a one stop shop. I have been examined and had x-rays, diagnosed, received physical therapy AND massage. The massage therapists are some of the greatest that I have ever had to touch my body. I really want to think of something bad about this place because no where is perfect...except Midtown Medical Center obviously. Another quality that I am just mind blown about is the cleanliness. Since moving to NY I have become a bit of a germaphobe. I carry my wipes and sanitizer and I have not pulled it out once. I have referred a couple of my friends that are having problems with their bodies and they are also satisfied. Back pain, neck pain, no pain, whatever the case may be...GET TO MIDTOWN MEDICAL. In our first appointment she takes a detailed medical history and takes the time to understand all aspects of your history and current symptoms. Afterwsrds, I received multiple bills for the procedure that it was able to have them correct but still pending is the consultation which should be part of the colonoscopy, but they insist on billing separately and charging for. I spent many hours on the phone. I will not be going back there although the doctor I saw Dr. Dana Zhao was fantastic. The amount of time to deal with billing is just not worth it.
