Quite a few have a handful of friends, very little impressive jobs and no recommendations to note. Disturbed to go into my own linked in and see that someone employed by Opti Staffing- Tukwila, who had intentionally harassed our home multiple times and had charges filed on them was using the Opti company name to access my own personal work info. Even more alarming was this person was listed as a professional linked in recruiter when at 19/20 years old their own job experience was a prior bikini barista, work at dream girls, an attempt at only fans and a few months in retail. No possible way they would have the ability to decipher what a good candidate for employment would look like. Given this is the quality of recruiters hired by Opti Staffing of Tukwila I would steer clear of using their services based on their pick of quality/knowledge of recruiters. Hopefully the other recruiters are not of the same work experience. A recruiter at a minimum should have a stellar work record so they can filter good candidates. When you hire recruiter's with no relevant work experience and who have never held a job longer than a month or two with less than a cumulative years experience that shows the quality. Melissa H's review is over the top, way too full of emotional drama, biased, and quite frankly, a little frightening because she's a recruiter herself and she needs to have some compassion for the good, honest people who need work. This agency handles employment to a cosmetic company that I used to work for a couple years ago. I…read morewill be working for that same company for one day so I needed to update some information. Booking an appointment was very easy, they accommodated my lack of availability promptly. As opposed to their last location, their current location is slightly harder to find, so I allotted an 15 minutes to find it and still wound up getting there within five minutes of my appointment time. Parking was slim and I was lucky to find a visitor spot. The agency was on the second floor of the building and I rang the bell for service once I arrived. Within five minutes of my appointment I was escorted to the office where Michael helped me. It only took about 15 minutes and he easily walked through the manual time recording method as well as explained how to turn in my timesheet and when to pick up my paycheck.

While the recruiters here have been very nice, they aren't very organized. I've been placed twice…read moreby them and have had to repeatedly ask for little details like the address of the client, contact on site, start time etc. They also misrepresented a job by not clarifying part or full time with the client. Not cool guys. EDIT: just lost a couple more stars for only being concerned about how the last day of the assignment was and how the client perceived things instead of caring about what was really happening during said assignment and how the employee was treated. Telling an employee to NOT turn in a report on an assignment experience when one was volunteered is ignorant and irresponsible. Beware that working for them will require you to bend over backwards and keep your mouth shut. In no way will they help you find the best person for an assignment, the position for you, or foster career growth as they are only interested in placing people to keep the contract hours up. EDIT #2: Express contacted me to get more details on the assignment after the the review of the client I posted to Glassdoor was brought to their attention. While I appreciate the followup, asking me to take the review down has me question the real motive behind them reaching out: genuine concern about making things right for myself and other placements or trying to just keep the client happy? Either way, in this case, what is done is done. Best advice if you consider working with them: be cautious, ask a lot of probing questions regarding the assignment, and use your best judgement.
