Customer Service: 5 Location: 5 Parking: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Reservations: 5 Comfort: 5 Navy Lodge Leemore is a hidden gem! The military lodging is situated on Naval Air Station Leemore, and approximately 15 minutes east of the I-5 interstate. We decided during our trip to southern California to stop at NAS Leemore, and the reservation process was quick and easy. We called ahead and we were able to make a telephonic reservation for the same day. The staff employee that we spoke with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Upon arrival this Navy Lodge has plenty of parking for their guests. Once we finally got checked in and in our room, we noticed that the staff was maintaining the facility at a very high standard of cleanliness. Lastly, the spouse and I truly enjoyed our visit with a very comfortable night of rest at a very affordable rate. Great stay, we shall return in the near future! Tip: don't forget to check out the free air training show on the other side of base, just ask the front gate for directions. It was amazing to watch the planes train.

Very comfortable bed, and a small worktable.

I can't speak highly enough of the Lemoore NAS Navy Lodge. I was driving from Sacramento to Bakersfield to see a show, and decided to stop along the way. I was very pleased. I only paid $68 for the night. The price may be different depding on your rank or if you are on orders, etc... Room was huge and spotless, as was the bathroom, and the small kitchenette. TV was good sized, and got 50 channels of cable. WIFI is plenty fast, even for streaming video, and I was behind a VPN. The bed was also very very comfortable. I slept like a baby. In the morning, they have a decent breakfast with make your own waffles, hot and cold cereal, bagels, juice, and coffee. Very good. Food options, there are food options on base, fast food like McDonalds and otherwise, or you can just go to the comissary or mini-mart and get something to heat up in the room. Town is only about 10 to 15 minutes away, if you want something more. I wouldn't recommend getting gas on base, as when I was there, it was about 25 cents a gallon more than getting it in town. Get the "Gas Buddy" app. it'll give you gas prices for wherever you are, or wherever you are going to be. Anyway, a fantastic stay!!!

    A typical two bed room.

The courtyard is nice for Lemoore and you can feel safe to take a nice run on this base when the weather is cooler.

From the start, the staff was very friendly--security helped point me in the right direction, and the front desk team was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were impressively quiet, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the variety of pillows. That said, parts of the room felt a bit worn and could use some attention or minor repairs. There's a Starbucks in the lobby, but service there was extremely slow. The staff was friendly, but there wasn't much urgency--there was a lot of chatting with casino employees ordering instead of focusing on drink prep. On the plus side, my black tea was very good. Given the remote location, this is probably the nicest place to stay within a 20-30 minute radius. Because of how quiet and comfortable the room was, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if needed.

This is a review for the Entertainment Venue:…read more We came for the Tyler Henry event and nowhere, is there a map to where the actual event is at so I know where to park. So I made a map showing where to park. Basically the south end of the property. There is a giant metal shop space converted into an entertainment room with very cheap folding chairs as seats with battery powered light pucks to show you what row you are in. There are also no photos of the inside of venue. I found a video of one of the shows so I could get an idea of what I was in for. The Seats: Be warned if your body type spills out of a chair like this, you will be sitting in the lap of your neighbor. I am not kidding. The poor lady in front of me was so uncomfortable as she really needed 2 seats and had to be miserable. And more than half of the people there were too large for the seats. They really need to fix that. The Tickets: When you purchase your through Etix, you don't actually get them until 3 days before the event. Also, I was in a panic because I couldn't just look up on my email for the name of the event because the name is under ETix and not under Tyler Henry or Boy George. ALSO, I had purchased the Boy George Tickets for my friend for his birthday and on the email it says you must present the credit card that you purchased them with. So again, I was in another panic since I wasn't going to that event. Needless to say, my friend did not need the card. I had forwarded the tickets and he was able to get in. Such a pain in the ass the system is. Also, you are allowed to bring in an empty cup and fill it with water in case you didn't want to buy a bottle of water. Which was only $3 so at least they don't price gouge you. I also saw people with purses a few inches larger than what you were allowed that weren't clear so there's that. Another tidbit of info I wished I knew. Next time I will bring my own seat pad for comfort! At least the staff were very nice.

The Harris resort, restaurant and cute local American style store are such a gem in the local. Highly recommend visiting this Restaurant in the holiday season, you may enjoy the high quality meal and jollable holiday vibe. My friend order the 14 oz ribeye and I ordered 8oz filet mignon. It is a three course set. Soup(or Salad), bread and main course with two sides. The serve of the food matches the volume as it describe on the meau. It is quite a lot for girl. The chef or the culinary staff is expert on steak grilling. The crust of Filet mignon tastes caramel crunch. The inner of Filet mignon is perfectly soft tender. When you bite it, you still can feel the texture but not raw. It is warm and flavored tender. We enjoyed our dinner at regular restaurant. They also have the high end restaurant in the same building which combine with a classic drink bar.(adult only) if you would like to have a full experience of the premium steak paired with wine. You may have it in the same place. And of course, if you would like to bring the high quality raw beef back home and cook for your family they have another butcher in the gift shop.

Judging by the menu it was obvious that the menu has been revised to highlight their more expensive selections. For that matter, ALL of their selections, I believe, can be called expensive. Our meals were delicious. My wife selected the filet mignon with soup (clam chowder). I selected the rib eye steak with garden salad. All delicious. Steaks were tender, and although I could not identify mine as a rib eye, it was delicious nonetheless the less. The portions were generous- about half of each of our meals went home with us. The only negative on the meal was my coffee. I like strong black coffee. This coffee was so strong, and quite bitter also, that I asked for,and graciously received, a cup of hot water to dilute it. Even so. It still was barely drinkable and I didn't finish one cup. Not wanting to hurt the moment, I said no more about it. The service was good and sufficient. The ambiance makes one feel that they are in somewhere special. The return soon feeling was not there, but I'm sure we'll be back.
