Our experience at Motel 6 was outstanding. The staff provided exceptional service and assistance, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the refrigerator and microwave were perfect for our needs as we work out of town. The location was ideal and very quiet, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit. The beds were clean and fluffy, and the bathroom was well-stocked and very clean. They also offer WiFi, free coffee, and a welcoming, family-oriented environment. There is a nice big park to play with your kids less than a min away. read more

My husband booked 2 night at motel 6 Lemoore the first night we could not sleep because of the people next door slamming the doors talking all night so we only got 1 hour of sleep and had to get and go to work like the front desk person to my husband that the would refund us the money for that night and they move us to another room this morning my husband talked to the front desk person to see if we could at ay the day for the problem we had the 1st night the person told my husband I can only refund you 30 percent but we want to stay we would have to pay for the night worst stay at motel 6 he did even get the whole refund when that's what they told my husband that day would of not stayed another night but the offered to puts us in another and refund the first night but they said no and only got 30% we will no come back to the motel 6 very disappointed read more

We stayed here the rooms are old. no coffee maker in the room the refrigerator leaked the microwave sounded like it was going to explode bathtub is in need of repair. Another 5 Star Motel 6. (Which is more like a Motel 6 Hotel.) This five star rating is based on comparison to other Motel 6 locations, and not hotel/motels in general. It obviously would not be fair to rate it against a Hilton or Marriott. The place is clean and comfortable. IT had a slightly-bigger than-mini-fridge inside,indoor corridors. (I know technically speaking this makes it a Hotel and not a Motel, but Motel 6 is a name, not a description of the establishment.) It did look like a Motel 6 from outside. It has a mini-gym inside. The only issue I have with this place is from the hallway you can hear tv, talking from inside the rooms. The walls are slightly better at keeping out noise than your standard cardboard Motel 6 walls. From the standpoint of looking at it as a fairly new building, I would have hoped that they would insulate a little bit better. You really should not expect much better from a Motel 6. Free Wi-Fi is available at this location and has a decent upload/download speed. read more

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I picked this hotel because it had good reviews for being a cheap motel. You definitely get what you pay for. Screaming kids running through the halls, people banging stuff in every room for some reason, people standing in front of my door when trying to leave my room, bathroom smells. Wifi connects, but you won't even be able to browse the internet. Pay the extra $30 and get a place in Hanford or Visalia. This hotel was complete trash. read more

I'm in this hotel right now. CONS: The wifi blows-- can't stream Hulu or Netflix. The location is weird. It's on the other side of the freeway across the actual town of Lemoore. The rooms are not that great. This bed is low to the ground and uncomfortable. The TV not a flat screen and oddly high. Overall the room feels small and the materials cheap. PROS: Decent bathroom with a nice mirror. Price on the lower end of the spectrum. read more

Don't judge this on basis of Motel 6. The location is the most important thing. Our alternatives were the miserable holes in Coalinga - do not go there. This place is in the middle of the middle of nowhere. Once you start driving across the state or have to take the highway for some reason after it gets dark, it's too late to find a place to stay overnight. Drink a lot of coffee and try to make it to Fresno. This place is not terrible: no bugs, clean, basic service, cute Vietnamese girls at counter. But not great either: room smells of turpentine, slowest wifi in the world (internet speedtest never timed out on download speed), more expensive than the 47 a night advertised, very inconvenient to get to (bring a flashlight to find the streets at night). In sum it isn't a matter of avoiding this particular motel, it's a matter of avoiding the central valley. read more

I do not normally stay at Motel 6's, but because of the Ag Show going on I had little choice. I came in with what I believed to be reasonable expectations for a Motel 6. The check in process was fine with one exception. They charge your credit card on the spot and hand you a register receipt. I have no problem with it from a financial side. Most all hotels put a hold to cover the room and incidentals, so that is fine. My issue is it made it feel like I was paying by the hour at some sleazy motel. It also made me wonder about the type of clientele that normally stay there. The room was of average size. That did not matter since as soon as I opened the door I could smell the foul odor coming from the room. It was overwhelming. My coworker in a room nearby found the same foul odor in his room. We went to the gas station next door and purchased a can of air freshener. We then emptied the can into the two rooms. That made the smell tolerable. The beds are uncomfortable. I could feel each spring in the bed. Disregard the previous reviews of this place. If they are correct and this is good for a Motel 6, all of them should be shut down immediately. Lesson learned, I will book rooms for the Ag Show far in advance going forward. read more

WiFi either is super slow or completely shuts you out and won't let you use it. Elevator smells like something died in it. The beds are small and the room is small. Definitely NOT worth the 100$ they charged for one night read more

I was very impressed with this location. I have stayed at Motel 6 all over the country and this is the one that most seemed like a hotel. The hallways could have been any 3 star hotel I've stayed at in the past, they even had a microwave and fridge as well as a radio/clock. The bathroom could have been in an upscale hotel too. Stopped here on our way from joshua tree to pinnacles. Booked online and front desk Charged us a "premium" for having 2 people in the room. Didn't want to stay right by the high way, this is just far enough to be quiet and not too far for the extra driving from highway 5. Looks way better than a regular motel 6 from outside (more like a hotel). But inside rooms did need serious updates, tube TV, no shampoo, old everything. Water is very slippery but could be the area. We had to keep our window open for about 30 minutes to refresh the air, it smelled like harsh chemicals when we first arrived. I did leave 3 starts because everything aside, it was very quiet and we got a great night of sleep, which served its purpose. read more

Arrived mid-afternoon and parking was plentiful. Was given the last room at the end of the hall. After lugging luggage down the long corridor, noticed the room did not have a mini-fridge. Called the front desk and was told to come down and will be re-assigned another room. So packed up all the luggage and another trip down the long hall, I find out I was given the room just right across from the previous room. Wish I would have known so could have just left luggage with girlfriend. Room was the size of a bedroom and designed like an Ikea showroom = small, clean and efficient. Only 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth, no shampoo or conditioner. Luckily housekeeping was down the hall, so got extra towels but they don't give shampoo, only soap. We left and came back to the room around 9pm, the parking lot was now full of big rigs and parking was difficult to find. You hear the constant sound of air brakes from the big rigs, car doors, and alarms chirping throughout the night. At 3am, awoke to someone trying to unlock our door. I confronted a couple who said the front desk assigned them to our room. After they apologized and left, 5 minutes later, I heard them in the next room. Being in the room at the end of the hall, we hadn't heard any noise, but now with our new neighbors, we noticed how thin the walls were. You can hear muffled conversations, footsteps on the wooden floors, tv, and other sounds. We got what we paid for, so will not be back after a horrible stay. read more

A good place to stay (compared to other Motel 6's). I've stayed here twice in the past 4 years and it has been a convenient, comfortable, and clean place each time. However, it does have an unusual quirk. That is not so much the motel's fault as the water supply of Lemoore. Not only will the water look slightly brown, but it has a tendency to build up deposit in the toilet if it hasn't been used in a while. Looking at the other reviews (some from 3-4 years ago), I'm wondering if they've just recently allowed smoking in the motel? It wouldn't be so bad if the hallways were on the outside, but as soon as you step out of the elevator into the interior corridor the smell hits you, and it REEKS. We had to open our window for several hours to help get rid of the smell, in our "non-smoking" room. There are a whole 8 rooms on the 3rd floor that are non-smoking. Price is decent, I don't care about the tube TV, decor is very limited. Bed is pretty small, though it was advertised as a queen. No view to speak of. read more

This place may be one of the better Motel 6's that are around, but as far as I am concerned it was well below par. The lobby was clean and fresh; the room however was dirty ,the bathroom smelled like burnt vinyl, their were flys all over the room, the wifi did not work, and the guest phone in the room was disconnected so couldn't even call the front deck. I have learned two important facts from this experience. ONE: always check out the room prior to carrying your bags to it. TWO: never stay at a motel six again. The only good thing about it was they did not give me any flak about getting a refund when I left for a higher quality hotel.
