The only minor downside was that I didn't see any elevators, so carrying luggage and a car seat up and down the stairs was a bit of a hassle. That said, it definitely wasn't a deal breaker. Upon arrival it was set to 61° and it felt great from the 104° weather outside. But no matter what I did the unit wouldn't adjust. Set to 70°, 72° and still freezing.
