This store is great if you're looking for bargains on named brand things but you really do need the time to look through everything. When I say time, I mean several hours at least. Check out takes forever and the employees there are not very friendly. I can tell by the look on their faces that they dread working there. I started to feel like my checking out in their lane was ruining their day. I don't like that.

Within 15 minutes after that (7:30) the loud speaker stated that the store would be closing in 30 minutes please gather your purchases and make your way to the register in both English and Spanish. Then in 15 minutes again (7:45) in Spanish and English the loud speaker stated again. The. In ten minutes the loud speaker again. Then in five minutes the store is closed. So that was at 7:15, 7:30, 7:45, 7:55 and then at 8:00. The entire time we were shopping we were being kicked out. Horrible experience. Just close the store at 7:00pm and save me the headache of Dominga here to be annoyed. Meanwhile.... Ross is open until 11pm.

The farmer's market is held on Sunday morning, I believe). The mall is smartly laid out and very well maintained. It is clean and is both welcoming and attractively designed. They have a good selection of retail and dining options. Again, the Lee Vista Promenade is located close to the airport, so if you are a traveler staying in Orlando, the City Beautiful, this is a good shopping plaza to either grab a meal, grab some essentials, or just for something to do (or a combination of all three). I travel a lot for business and I understand the need to find something to do in your downtime while traveling for work. This is a great choice to head to. All in all, I definitely recommend here and give it five () stars.

It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.

My issue with The Florida Mall is that the A/C doesn't work well. It's a huge mall with tons of shops and tons of people walking around. They are so busy. We were looking for stores with the best A/C bc we couldn't really beat the heat here. Primark has the best A/C. Along with Armani Exchange, Ghirardelli bc of their chocolates, and The TNS Store. I wish I could have stayed longer but the lack of A/C made me want to leave. I very much loved the Xmas in July Event and Santa, Mrs. Claus, the elves, the photographer, and the other people working were so nice. The AC is sure lacking and this was the issue last year. Perhaps the big space, older mall and open ceiling exposing the sunshine sure doesn't help. This is a very popular mall. It could def be better here.

We went to the perfume and jewelry area, and asked someone if they had that brand. We were pointed to another area that got us closer. Another attendant was able to help us, and find the brand we are looking for. They exactly had the Art of Shaving sandalwood cream, and it was at the regular price of about 35 dollars. We still bought it. The attendants were very helpful and friendly. I love that the store looks upscale and more organized, unlike Sears and JC Penney nearby. While the prices are a bit more expensive, the store and staff justify it. They have the more upscale brands. My dad and I will be back to get more of the shaving cream when needed, and get upscale clothes when there are sales. Overall: A because the customer service is great here.
