I will try my best to positively describe Kohls to the best of my ability to those who've never stepped foot in one before. It's an upgraded version of Burlington Coat Factory and a step down from Macy's. They have clothing for men, women, kids, a Sephora and items for the home. Though there are many sale items through out the store, their sales pitch just didn't grab my interest long enough for me to purchase anything. Yes they do carry many name brand items but they were still way too overpriced even with the sales and discounts. And this is based on what I seen in the clearance section. read more

I received a promotional email from Kohl's for a 20% discount on select items. I added several items in my online cart that totaled $179, but the advertised 20% discount was not applied in my cart. I initiated a chat help and was promised by the Kohl's agent that, if I first placed the order, the agent would then apply the discount to all items. I did so, but then the discount was not applied. I initiated another chat showing the prior promise with the Kohl's chat ID as proof, but I was told by the second agent that the items did not qualify for the discount. All kohl's are pretty alike. This one is clean and the staff is helpful. I like to say you either save soooo much money or you spend soooo much money. There is no in between it seems. The deals are great when you can find them but if you can't then it's gonna cost you. The only downside that doesn't let me give this kohl's a 5 is the lines. I've been here a few times and although it's not like waiting at Walmart, some times it feels just as long. There is always some issue or maybe their systems just suck. Also No need to try to sell me a kohl's card every time I'm here. I get that's their job but hey no means no every time. I am writing this complaint in regards to the order #6564334703. I placed this order on May 18. I tracked this package just to find out after the Orlando facility received the package that they returned it to the sender. I called the UPS office and spoke to a representative with regards to the package. She informed me that the package was sent back to the sender because it was missing the items inside the box. She also stated that the items fell out of the box and that I need to notify the company or person that I purchase the items from. First of all, I do not believe that two sneaker boxes fell out of the packed box. I believe that someone at the UPS facility stole my package. After speaking to the representative, I called Kohl's customer service with regards to the missing package. I explained the situation to the representative on May 30 at 9:00 a.m. and he advised me to call back on May 31 (Friday) if I did not receive the package on May 30 even after explaining to him about the package being returned to the sender. The Kohl's representative also advised me that when I call back on May 31 and if I did not receive the package that they will send another package out with the shoes. The representative I spoke to on May 30 was Anthony. On May 31, I spoke to a Kohl's representative again about this same situation and he stated it looked like the package was returned to the sender on May 28. I said yes and this is what I have been saying since May 30. I asked if I could get store credit, so I could go in the store and purchase my daughter some shoes. The representative stated I can put the money back on your credit card and it will take up to 7 days, so I asked can I speak to your manager. He put me on hold and when he returned to the phone, he stated that the manager was in a meeting and that he would return my call within an hour. I never received a phone call from the manager George. I called Kohl's customer service again on May 31. I explained the situation again to a representative and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to the manager. The representative name was Jeffrey. I explained again the situation to the manager, and he stated that he can give me a refund and it would take 30 days to get it credited back to my account. I asked him again if he would please give me store credit, so I can go inside the store to purchase the shoes because my child need the shoes for an upcoming event. I am so disappointed in Kohls. I did not understand why there was a problem with giving me store credit, so I could go inside the store and purchase the shoes. I do not think the representatives handle these situations correctly. I came here to the Amazon return drop off services in Kohl's. There is a guy that go direct to here you want to go at the door to minimize traffic (to ensure social distancing). It's great that Kohl give you extra discount off when you use the Amazon drop off. I will say visit there during the day because I didn't see much difference does social distancing and you basically can walk anywhere like normal in the store. I ordered some pajamas on clearance from Kohl's and they were to be delivered on 10/11 but on 10/14 the website said that the carrier returned to package to Kohl's because it wouldn't or couldn't deliver to me. Not my fault. I have always gotten the packages that I ordered from Kohl's except this time. I called Kohl's and they said to wait 30 days to get my refund and then reorder the items. Wait 30 days for a refund? WTH? I am so upset that even the management would tell me to do that, that I will never shop there again!! It is not my fault that the carrier will not deliver for whatever reason they have. I should not have to wait 30 days after they receive the package to get refunded. The items were on clearance and I order them every year. I have never had a problem until now. And even if I reordered them - they aren't going to deliver! Here comes an ever exciting review of the one and only Lee Vista & Narcoossee KOHL'S! Ok, let's get to business here. It's a handy location for the most part; not too far from Medical City. It's in a nice plaza with Home Depot, Party City, Dollar Tree & Kohl's. Aside from those 4 places, it's just some fast food and store fronts up by the road. You'll find Kohl's tucked back on the southern side of the plaza. There is insanely ample parking (even on Black Friday) so it's always a snap to get out. Everyone knows that Kohl's promote's the MSRP of an item and then discounts it down what other people sell it for or sometimes more. I'm not saying you can't get a good deal, but rather that it's pretty well know of their smoke & mirrors approach to making you feel like you're getting a huge savings. They did start to carry Rock & Republic which I've always like the fit, so that was positive. The place is tidy as can be, clean as a whistle, quiet as a mouse and there's not an employee to be found anywhere except DEF at 1 register up front and 1 person in customer service. I've been down on my hands and knees trying to sift through jeans that are folded the wrong way and don't show the size tags...oy. So here I sit and by golly it's the manager! YES! To my rescue!! Ummm, not so much. Manger says "How are you doing?" and I reply "Not so lucky yet trying to find my size" and his reply was "Good luck! Have a good one". So, I'm giving this store 3 stores for one reason: Zero support on the floor. read more

Today we visited Kohl's for an Amazon return. I just recently learned you can drop off a return and they will pack it and send it back for you. We went in on Black Friday. Did not have to wait long at all. They scan your code and even give you a store coupon for an additional 15% off in the store. You can't beat that. We walked around for a bit, but didn't purchase anything as the lines were pretty long. They were well-staffed, but lots of great door buster deals and people were buying them up. The store was very clean and well organized, even for it being Black Friday. Plenty of parking available. read more

My favorite Kohls loaction in town. Hands down! It's ginormous, clean, and well-stocked. That's really all a girl could need. I always find what I am looking for, the staff are ready to help, but they don't hover, and they will even take a coupon off of my phone so I don't have to print it or run back to the house to get it. I love to shop at Kohl's! This store is big so all the items are well-spaced throughout. Because it is fairly new, the store and shopping plaza are still very clean both inside and out. You can find clothing, shoes, jewelry, bed and bath items, kitchenware, home decor, toys, and games all under one roof! There's always some sort of sale going on, whether it's store-wide or just on certain items. Surprisingly though, the store is always pretty quiet whenever I go in. I don't mind it though because I don't have to fight through crowds of people while I'm trying to shop. I bought a bathing suit at this site on 5/16/17 used my debit card spent the week in Orlando FL got home to find that my account has been hacked. Like all other locations this is a large, and well stocked store that is kept pretty clean an organized. Attention Lee Vista Kohl's Shoppers On Saturday February 13th my boyfriend Matt and I went to Kohl's at Lee Vista to purchase outfits for a formal party we were attending that evening. He drove separately because he was going to get a haircut after and I had our 5 month old son with me. We spent 2 hours in Kohl's trying to find something to wear. We were attending a "Southern Soiree" so both of us were unsure what he should wear and tried on a lot of clothes. Not once during that time did a Kohl's representative offer to assist us. Since there was no one available to help us we choose the larger handicapped dressing room that would accommodate the stroller and we could help each other. I went out on the floor multiple times looking to see if someone could help us. I never found anyone until the very end, I found the Men's floor manager which was someone I happen to know. I asked her to measure Matt but after two hours he was leaving to shop elsewhere. He stated he was going to Men's Warehouse so I proceeded to the check out, paid for my purchases and started to leave the store. As I was walking out I heard a man say "excuse me miss?" I turned around and it was two police officers. I said "yes?" He looked at Nolan and said "Oh, you have a baby? Do you have any ID?" I gave him my ID and then he asked if I had ever been arrested. At that point I asked the officer why he was stopping me. He stated, "well we have been watching you and your boyfriend for 2 hours on the cameras and we saw you get multiple items and go in and out of the dressing room and that our behavior was suspicious. I told him yes we were going to an event tonight and explained what we were doing. I assured him I did not steal anything and he proceeded to tell me that we must have realized they were "on to us" and ditched the items we were planning on stealing. I couldn't believe it. Then he asked "well where is your boyfriend"? I told him we drove separate cars. He disregarded everything I said, he had already made up his mind I was there to steal. At this point I started getting really upset, I opened my diaper bag, pointed in the stroller and said look, search me if you don't believe me. Then he said again, we know you didn't steal anything, you guys ditched it in the dressing room. He also made it a point to tell me over and over I was being watched. He kept questioning me and insinuating I was there to steal. Even though I knew I didn't do anything wrong, the way this officer was treating me I was scared and afraid I was being arrested with my baby with me. All of this took place in front of the store where people are walking in and out and I am standing there with my son being questioned. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. One of the police officers was a bit more reserved. He didn't say much and actually looked a little embarrassed and uncomfortable. It was the other police officer who was a bully and harassed me. I finally broke down in tears and said you are upsetting me and I am leaving. I called my boyfriend and he was upset as well. He called Kohl's and asked to speak to a manager. I think the floor manager was the one who got on the phone but whoever it was had no idea what had happened. I went to my parent's home to tell them what had happened and broke down in tears. My mom was so upset she called Kohl's to find out what had transpired and why. She spoke to a manager named Derling who told her he would look into it and call her back. He never bothered to call her so she called him Tuesday afternoon to be told it wasn't a Kohl's problem, the store hired extra security for the holiday weekend and this was two Orlando Police Department Officers who questioned her. I am going forward and filing a complaint with the Orlando Police Department for harassment. I feel the situation was handled unjustly and the officer who harassed me should know or be instructed this is unacceptable behavior. And I am sure there is a proper protocol to follow when apprehending a shoplifter. I found his behavior to be appalling. I doubt this would have happened had we been properly taken care. Matt ended up purchasing an entire outfit from The Men's Warehouse where he measured and waited on like a customer should be. Shame on Kohl's for not hiring extra help over a holiday weekend or accepting any responsibility and shame on the Orlando Police Department for spending their valuable time harassing a paying customer. read more
